Welcome to “Villa de l’Eouve”, a friendly home ideal for enjoying a unique and relaxing holiday with family or friends, and discovering the region through a wide variety of outings all year round.

Located in La Motte, in the heart of Provence and 25 minutes from the sea, the villa offers: swimming pool, terrace, ping-pong area, pétanque court, relaxation areas, fish ponds, a spacious interior, and a large private parking area. Nearby attractions include Saint-Tropez, the Estérel mountains, Sillans-la-Cascade, Sainte-Croix Lake, Verdon Gorge, Cannes, Monaco, Fayence, and more.

The Villa de l’Eouve was fully renovated in 2024.


Outdoor facilities:

Swimming pool:
A pleasant and friendly private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and sharing good times with family or friends. It features integrated steps for easy access and an elegant design focused on comfort and relaxation.

Terrace, porches and relaxation area:
The swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace equipped with sun loungers and including two outdoor porches. One is arranged as a shaded relaxation area, pleasant for unwinding, while the second is adjacent to the kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy your meals. This porch includes two tables, including a large outdoor table for eight people. The terrace also features an outdoor shower.

Table tennis area:
A table tennis area with the possibility of lighting the space at night. It is accompanied by a relaxation area with artificial grass. Rackets and balls are provided.

Bocce court area:
A pétanque court measuring 4 m x 15 m with the possibility of lighting it at night. Boules and the jack are provided.

Entrance courtyard – Garden – Parking:
A welcoming entrance courtyard with a landscaped relaxation area, private parking for 4 vehicles, three fish ponds and a fountain.

Free parking of around 20 spaces near the tennis courts, a 5-minute walk from the property.

Interior:

4 bedrooms with double beds (2 on the ground floor, 2 upstairs).

1 fully equipped kitchen with a central dining table.

2 bathrooms on the ground floor: the first with a walk-in shower, the second in bedroom 4 with toilet.

1 large living room with a large dining table and a cosy area with a double sofa bed, armchairs and TV.

1 entrance hall.

3 toilets / WCs: one separate on the ground floor, a second upstairs in the shower room, and a third in bedroom 4 on the ground floor.

1 shower room upstairs (with toilet / WC).

1 garage with washing machine and a dart game area.

Up to 8 people (4 double beds + 1 double sofa bed).

Villa de l’Eouve is 12 minutes from Les Arcs / Draguignan train station, 10 minutes from the motorway, 50 minutes from Nice airport and 1h15 from Marseille airport, making travel easy.

The village, shops, grocery stores and bakery are 7 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car from the villa.

Activities a few minutes from the villa:

Various hiking trails, the Endre river, the “Saut du Capelan” waterfall, cycling.

Tennis 5 minutes on foot. Details are provided in an information booklet available to you.

Padel court 7 minutes by car.

Golf and spa of Saint-Andréol.
