Experience the magic of Sedona in this beautiful 3,300 sq foot home that combines an open interior with an elegant outdoor living space with private pool and spa. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the gorgeous sunsets from the wraparound deck with panoramic views of the spectacular red rocks. Located in the heart of Uptown, Sedona’s best restaurants and shops are just steps away from this stunning property. Several nearby trailheads give you access to miles of hiking/mountain biking trails.

The main living area, located on the second floor, features soaring ceilings with a fireplace, open layout, and a moving glass wall system to access the outdoor entertaining space. The property includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which is perfect for groups of up to 8 people. There’s also a den that opens out to the pool area with a big screen TV, ideal for a family movie night or playing video games.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with high-end Cafe appliances, warming drawer, Keurig coffee maker, full knife set, toaster, dishware, and flatware.

Free WiFi, fresh linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry, trash bags, paper towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, garage parking, plus ample outdoor parking.
The modern design has the main living area on the second floor with an open layout.

The second floor layout includes the Kitchen, Living Room and the Master bedroom with a King sized bed along with an ensuite bathroom. Also located upstairs is another guest room with a queen sized bed.

Downstairs there are 3 more guest rooms, one with a king sized bed, one with a queen sized bed, and another with 2 queen sized beds.

The setting and views are simply amazing. The house was very well cleaned when we arrived. All the amenities we needed were all provided. I wish all VRBO properties were this nice. At our next visit to Sedona we will definitely return to this property. Anything else would be a let down.

This property was AMAZING !. The home was beautiful, in a great location and has the most breathtaking views.The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that the bathrooms were well stocked with plush towels. It was a little too chilly to enjoy the pool, but the spa was perfect !! The owner was a delight to work with. I cannot say enough positive things about this home !

This house was fantastic! The views were breathtaking, the house was very well laid out with very large and beautiful kitchen/dining/living room with beautiful views. Wonderful deck space and pool/hot tub. And bonus was it was a quick walk to a market and the old downtown area. Would recommend this place to anyone! House was super clean and plenty of room for our 3 families: bedrooms plenty of room, big bathrooms. We think the views from this house would be very hard to beat! The pool and hot tub were fantastic with nice loungers and chairs. Perfect place.

We had a family gathering of 9 people and stayed at this beautiful house. It exceeded all our expectations! It had plenty of space, had an open kitchen/family room, and unbelievable views. The house is on a hill so there are unobstructed views in all directions. If you are looking for a great house, in a great/quiet location, with all the amenities you need…. This is the place for you! Wonderful Holiday Celebration With Family

Our trip consisted of two families and a combined total of 9 people. The house had an amazing location with a quick walk to downtown and the home was everything it was advertised to be and more. Eric was a great host and we look forward to renting his spectacular home again!
