Bathrooms
Three bathrooms provide comfort and privacy, each with a vanity, toilet, bidet, and shower stocked with towels and bathroom essentials. Hair dryers add convenience for every guest.

Outdoor living
Step into the fully fenced backyard for panoramic red rock views. Enjoy the brand-new heated Relax in the private hot tub, light the fire pit, or dine on the patio surrounded by outdoor furniture. Listing Access
You’ll have access to the whole house and front yard. There is a casita next to the property available to rent for extra space. You do not have access to OZ (two bedroom unit on back of property) on the other side of the fence.

Pool Rules:
1. No running by the pool.
2. No walking on the pool cover as it will rip. Guests will be liable for any damage done to the pool cover.
3. Swim at your own risk.
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving.
6. No food in the pool
7. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained
8. Quiet hours 9pm-9am (please be extra courteous when swimming at night and keep noise levels down).
9. If you remove the pool vacuum please remove the whole thing and disconnect it from the wall and place it gently near the pool pump
