Studio de la Baroud'Family - In the countryside of the Loire Valley

Charming studio of 24m2 completely new on one level. It is located in our house, with its own entrance. It also consists of a private parking lot as well as an outdoor parking lot overlooking the Loire Valley.

We are located at the top of the hill climb which takes place twice a year in La Pommeraye, 25 minutes from Angers, 30 minutes from Terra Botanica, 1 hour from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from Nantes.

Accommodation:
You will find everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, Microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, refrigerator...), a sleeping area with a 140x190 bed, a living room with an extendable dining table (2 to 4 people), a sofa that converts into a comb bed of 180x200 (IKEA brand), a bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
If you need a high chair, a travel cot for your child, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can make them available to you. In addition, if you wish, we can provide you with a steam generator with an ironing board.

Passenger access:
Access to the studio can be done independently via a key box which is near the front door.
