Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Clean and well taken care of. Nice kitchen and kitchen items. Couch and master bed could be replaced or a foot still added for lounging. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay again! Nice lighting fixtures with good lighting.

Just needs a little updating and TLC.

We love Lighthouse - it’s convenient to restaurants and entertainment. This unit needs a little TLC. Dryer was very loud - sounded like a belt needed replacing. Rugs looked dirty and needed replacing. Range had lots of rust on it. Most of these things did not bother us (except dryer!) A/C was not working upon checkin, but staff was diligent in finding someone to repair (Freon needed) on a Sunday, and we had no problems with it the rest of the week.

Nice place to stay

The place was nice and the furniture was good (the couch was a little uncomfortable, but could be personal preference). The 3rd floor is convenient because you can park outside your room and use the stairs to the beach instead of waiting for the elevator. A couple of nitpicks. The living room rug seems dingy, I would recommend replacing. Also would be nice to have a stick vacuum to vacuum up sand, the one that is there is old and bulky. We did notice that we had marks on some of our clothes that seemed to come from the washer or dryer, but overall we enjoyed our stay. We would stay at 302 again.

Family trip

This condo was perfect for our family of five, we were able to fit a pack n play in the closet and the kids slept in the bunks, the view was gorgeous and we had a wonderful time!

Family Reunion

This condo was very clean but it was online as a 2 bedroom and it was really a 1 bedroom with bunkbeds in a closet. I booked 2 rooms through VRBO both said 2 bedrooms. My other room was legit 2 bedroom. This is false advertising since another family member booked a 1 bedroom and it was exactly like mine. Which means I paid $1000 more than the other 1 bedroom. This definitely should be change on your website. it seemed like a rip off.

Family trip

I wouldn’t stay at this condo again. The facilities were nice as far as the pool and beach access. The condo itself wasn’t anything like the photos. Very run down, smelled awful. No bedding when we got there. The two bunk beds are insanely small and was tight for even our 8 year old. The paint was peeling in several areas. They also provided the bare minimum. No seasonings. One paper towel roll. One toilet paper roll per bathroom. 2 garbage bags. Just wasn’t worth what we paid for it. I hate to leave a bad review but we have rented tons of condos and this just wasn’t great. Also there is no way to contact the owner of the condo.

WORRY!

Everyday we had to get up early because Vacasa sent us email the day we got there letting us know someone was coming to see what floor tiles would have to be replaced from Hurricane Sally which I believe was over 2 years ago. So every morning we got up early wondering if today was the day they were coming and they never showed up and this just made our trip stressful, so No!!! We did not have a good time. So always check before a trip and see if you are going to be inconvenienced like us. We got no R&R just getting up early for nothing.

Okay stay, very convenient location

This was just an okay stay. The unit’s location is very convenient from parking. The boardwalk on the east side was closed so we had to use the other two beach entrances. The worst part was the unit’s bedding. Very very thin sheets, no comforter, just a sheet with the thickness of a dinner napkin. The master bathroom and closet were HUGE. Just a waste of space that could have been used for sleeping. The front room was a closet converted to a bunk bed room. My kids were almost too big for that area. All in all - I got what a paid for in the stay. It was nice enough (access to condo was nice, and short walk to sea n suds for a quick drink or bite to eat, and the indoor and outdoor pools were nice), but we weren’t able to get well rested due to lousy bedding/beds.
