As you step inside, you’ll discover a charming 22 m² apartment, bright and tastefully decorated.

The living area is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable sofa and TV. A cozy dining space for two allows you to enjoy meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious dishes: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

In the mezzanine bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, as well as a washing machine for your convenience.

Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, and professional cleaning is carried out between each stay.

Due to the mezzanine and stairs, the apartment may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pont d'Ivry (line 7), is just a 3-minute walk.

Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
