Amazing staff and food

This is on opposite side of seven mile so quiet which for us wAs great being away from crowds. No night action. Room it self was not dusted it seemed or swept or mopped while we were there for 2 weeks but we did get new linens and made bed. Safe and bathroom light switch needed fix.one of the sinks filling with water maybe plugged?The listing said balcony but we were on first floor with just terrace space enough for 2 chairs. It is an old facility but the views of the bay, dock and staff and food made up for that.You may need a car if you want to go out at night as the shuttle end by 5-6pm. The shuttle was very helpful but if resort is busy you may want to book your shuttle time the day in advance. I couldn't seem to get a beach size towel until near the end of 2 weeks, they said people keep them and they run out quickly so only had small towel for the actual beach. The onsite restaurant food and staff were amazing. Every meal we had was great. The front desk staff always smiling and so helpful.Overall I would definitely go here again

Enjoyable but could improve

I would say the location is perfect for what we wanted. We were looking for a lower key and still beautiful effect for where we stayed. The restaurant, pool and music at night were perfect The initial presentation was not so great. The building smells Morton entrance and the room has only a slight view. There was a dirty mop and trash on the patio and it felt a bit like we were an afterthought despite how much money we were investing in the stay. While one cannot change the location of the room, a little personal touch would have made us feel a little less like we were being put in the broom closet at this very nice resort

The people here are wonderful and so kind!!!!

Nice but very loud inconsiderate neighbors

Nice room but beware if you get a room with a connecting door. If you have neighbors that are inconsiderate and chose to have a get together every night after 1030pm you may have sleepless nights. Our neighbors consistently had guests in their room past 1030pm and showed total disregard for the privacy of others. After multiple nights of this we contacted the front desk and made a noise complaint. They sent security to ask them to please be quiet which only made it worse! I then went to the desk at about midnight and the clerk again spoke to the guest by phone. It improved a bit after that but for some reason throughout the night it sounded as if they were redecorating the room (furniture moving and glass clanging). The front desk staff was very apologetic and did everything they could to fix my issue and even offered me another room. This would have been a great stay if it wasn’t for the other guest and their family. The staff and location was excellent.

Well kept up. Nice rooms frest location and not over crowded. Would be nice if staff watched activities of kids at the pool as many were misbehaving and not following the rules. Great restaurant bar and seating. Also nice gym and pretty beach.

Paradise by the beach

Very friendly staff. Beautiful pool Right on the Ocean. Be sure to check out live music by the pool restaurant on some weeknights.

Quiet getaway hotel with amazing staff

This hotel is a very nice with great staff. It is a bit out of the way but the location is still nice. (Sits on the only 18 hole course on the island) The Driftwood Bar & Grill on property has good food and great service!

Great Resort

We loved our stay ! Staff are so friendly. Clean rooms, great Restaurant A little hard to find but worth it ! Just need to tell people ti look for Holiday Inn sign !!

Peaceful

This rental was very peaceful not to mention comfy. I only stayed one night, but it was in a beautiful area. Make sure to rent a car to stay here- it will be a lot easier for you! Even though I would suggest most people to rent a car if staying in Cayman- just make sure you follow the traffic laws. Would definitely stay again, thank you!
