I hesitate to tell anyone about perfect stay because I want to be able to come back and not risk it being booked all year! Kevin’s beach condo is ideal! Such a tropical vibe and perfect for families. We will for sure stay here again when we return.

This was our second stay at Kaibo, just in a different unit, and once again it exceeded all of our expectations! Every visit has been absolutely incredible, and Kaibo has officially become our favorite vacation destination.The unit was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully functional and made it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was so comfortable and inviting after long days of exploring and snorkeling.We can’t say enough good things about our experience. We already can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend Kaibo to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable getaway!

2nd stay at this unit. Always clean and comfortable. Easy check in and communication with owner. Great view and fun watching boats in and out of the marina. Area is also great for walking snd short drive to great restaurants.

What a wonderful condo! Spacious and comfortable for our group of five adults. Wendy communicated promptly and clearly, and the unit’s facilities were excellent. It’s within walking distance of Kaibo Restaurant and a coffee shop, and the beachfront location is unbeatable—stunning sunrises and sunsets. Plenty of water toys to keep everyone entertained and great loungers for relaxing. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right on the water. The patio views were beautiful, and the beach area was quiet and relaxing. So nice having a paddle board and kayak to use at the condo to view all the sea life. Close to Rum Point and local spots. Would definitely stay again!

Wendy welcomed us to her paradise with a personalized basket of goodies. There were 4 and 6 of us at different times, it was very clean and comfortable. The water is quiet and safe on this stretch of beach, and Rum Point, Stingray City, Starfish Point, and the bioluminescent bay are all within about a mile. We made good use of the kayak and floaties.

Great location, clean and safe. The place has a lot of things like kayaks, life jackets and beach toys for the kids. Walkable distance to Star fish point and bio luminescence bay. Kitchen is well stocked. Overall a great choice for families.

Great laid back, quiet location. Ferry service just 100 yards away to take you to Seven Mile and tourist area. Rum Point recreation area 1.5 miles away.Rent a car.

It sits in an exclusive area of Cayman where you can take advantage of the peace and tranquility of Kaibo, or hop over to Rum Point for a little extra action. If you need a place to unwind, this is the place for you! Please note we are a smoke free condo!

The best thing about this property is that its on the ground floor with direct access to the beach. No need to climb stairs or cart items up and down to the beach. Everything is at your patio doorstep and that simplicity makes the stay even more enjoyable! We also accept payment via cryptocurrency!
