There are 2 queen beds and a queen convertible sofa! The building is surrounded by great food and entertainment, as well as all the shopping your heart desires. We are minutes from Wynwood and the Miami Design District.

Great place

Lovely, clean, great location. Lots of shops and dining. Only challenge was parking (we paid the fee for it) - getting in and out of the garage was difficult due to security and the building charged me a fee that was nearly immediately returned when the condo owner was informed. Great pool too. I’d absolutely stay again.

Love Midtown

Awesome property!

Loved my stay! Highly recommend this property…super spacious unit, sparkling clean, amazing location central to tons of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Host was very responsive throughout my stay…can’t wait to return!

Great Location in Midtown

This was a very clean, nice condo right in center of midtown. With a parking garage, it was easy to come and go, which allowed us to see lots of sites in Miami. There is a Trader Joe’s that’s a block away, which made getting supplies easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful!

I absolutely loved this condo - it is bright and airy. Property was very clean, has a great kitchen. I specifically wsnt to mention the mattresses, I've never had such comfortable ones in any rental before. Property management is also to mention, quick to respond and very helpful in any aspect. Location was too for me, it is close to the hospital where I had to go every day. There's stores, shops and many restaurants just minutes walking distance. I also felt very safe as a single woman. Will stay here any time again!

Caring & Responsive Owner

I’m usually a no fuss guest. This time I needed to reach out to the Owner. Once to add parking and once for stupidly locking myself out. Marvin was terrific. He responded right away, and even followed up to make sure things were happening properly, brushing aside my protest of bothering him. It’s a great apartment in a great location in a vibrant community.

Great location, nice space

Location was amazing! Beautiful area and close to lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Wynwood nightlife too. Would just like to point out that this was a strict building. Door people were unfriendly and a overly worried about security. The building has a rule (that we were not aware of) that no visitors are allowed after 11 pm. No exceptions. We had 3 friends stop by our place while there was a thunderstorm going on. We just wanted to wait for the rain to pass and dry out our clothes and the front desk man didn’t let them up and was pretty rude about it. They arrived right at 11 pm and again, he said no exceptions, so our friends had to leave in the middle of the storm.
