We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We found absolutely everything we could possibly need. It was genuinely one of the best equipped holiday apartments we have stayed in.The only minor downside was the amount of communication before and during our stay. There were quite a few messages containing rules, reminders, dos and don’ts, and some information was sent more than once. As we were on holiday, I would have preferred fewer messages, with all the important information combined into one clear email or document.Apart from the many messages, everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. Kim and Dennis could simply have eased off a little on the communication.

Hi Mehdi, thank you for your wonderful review! We are absolutely delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us.I also want to sincerely apologize if our automated messages felt a bit overwhelming. Because guests occasionally miss or overlook/don't repsond to critical check-in details, we use these scheduled reminders to ensure everyone has a smooth, stress-free arrival. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the frequency of the messages. Once you checked-in, you only received one message to ensure all is well and asking if there's anything we can for you. Then check out reminders. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!"

I would definitely stay at this property or anyone of there properties. Oh and the location was nice with all the restaurants and shopping.

Best location and to stay to stay

Location was the best, 10 minutes away from the beach, five minutes walk from Design District, yards away from all kind of restaurants and shopping. Condo is super clean and Mrs. Kim was very helpful in all our questions regarding the condo and places to go. We will definitely return to this place on our next trip to Miami

Fantastic location

This place is amazing…it’s just like the pics. The location can’t be beat if you want to be in Midtown. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and things to do all within walking distance. If you have a car they have a parking garage as well you can use which helps and is very convenient. Unit was spotless, great water pressure, nice patio, and everything you could need for a stay.

Perfect location for our stay in Miami. Clean comfortable room. Initial check in was tricky with having to find a place to park to get our room keys and parking assignment. Security in the building was excellent. Will definitely stay here again when visiting midtown.

Thank you for your kind words. It is the big city of Miami!! - parking in any metropolitan city is always ‘fun’. Haha. In order to gain access to the garage and for everyone’s security, you had to present id first. I’m sorry you found it challenging but I hope it was worth it and that you’ll come again. You were great! Thank you again ☀️

The condo is located in the heart of Midtown, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a Trader Joe's in walking distance. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The building has a beautiful pool and gym. The condo was clean, had kitchen supplies and a filtered water option inside the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning worked well and the thermostat was easy to use. The condo is very secure, with key card access needed to enter the building and the garage. You will need the key card to enter the garage when you arrive, so check in with the front desk, go to the room to grab the key cards then you can access the garage to park. This was our first time staying in the area and the condo was perfect. We were traveling for business but had a day to enjoy the gym, the pool and a lovely date night without having to drive. Thank you Kim and Dennis.

Nice Place but read the fine print

Overall a great place but we were only given one building key instead of two when we arrived. I did not think to contact the host and let her know there was only one on the counter - and I had to pay 100 for a missing pass that I never had. Read the fine print and remember if you are staying with VRBO they are not a hotel - you will get charged for anything and everything that goes wrong.

It’s important to clarify that the claims made in this review are simply not true. We’re sorry that you are confused, but we want to clarify that no additional charges beyond the standard VRBO fees were applied during your stay. There was a missing access card for which there is a fee which to date you haven’t paid. We sent you a message the morning after your arrival asking if all is ok and please let us know otherwise. We received no response. Access cards and keys are checked with each check out to ensure they are available for the next guest. We went above and beyond to accommodate you and responded to all of your inquiries, despite having already provided detailed information that you acknowledged receiving and reviewing. We are always 100% transparent and fair with our guests, and we’re happy to clarify any questions about our policies at any time. Due to your completely fictitious review, inability to follow instructions, we recommend that other owners do not rent to you. We were beyond kind and transparent and despite your claims of having a great time, felt compelled to leave a poor review bc you lost an access card. Not nice.

LOCATION, LOCATION - PRIME LOCATION!
No detail left out. Disinfected prior to your arrival. Large Queen bed + queen couch bed, all new mattresses and linens. Black out curtains, the works!
Midtown's urban design is reminiscent of New York's SoHo district with a Miami twist
One of Miami's most exciting neighborhoods, Midtown is a sudden burst of color tucked away in what was formerly a rusty industrial sector. Today, the area is known for industrial-chic art galleries, cutting-edge contemporary skyscrapers, and world-class shopping.
Our location is nestled between Wynwood Art District and Miami Design District. Everything you need from shopping to culture to enjoying great restaurants is right at your feet.
The beach is a quick ride away or explore downtown and Brickell areas - be sure to check out the new Casa Tua marketplace for a delicious food experience.
We are confident that your will enjoy all that our area has to offer!
