Home away from home

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Check in was simple. Book explained TV, pool, hot tub, and offered suggestions for restaurants and activities. Loved the home’s design. My husband and I had are wing and our son and his family had their wing. Pool table was get entertainment for the teens. The home had everything we needed. Definitely stay again.

Good Guys Golf Trip

Stayed for a week, house was right up our alley, pool, hot tub and outside grill were used frequently. Close to the golf, had a fabulous time!

Awesome property great location

Came to town to visit my cousin and friends came in for a golf outing. Olivia, the host was very responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. Hard place to leave. We expect to stay there again.

Beautiful Property!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property! We were two families of 4, kids ranging from 6-9. They loved the pool and the pool table! The property was very clean and everything worked great. It’s located in a a very nice area, close drive to some shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place

It was great, the house was huge, as we were going to have 3 couples, but ended up with 2; so house had lots of room. The hosts were very responsive on any questions or requests. The pool was warm, the hot tub great. Very close to a Safeway, fry’s and Walmart. The area is very quiet, very easy to get in and out of when driving. The jets do fly over, almost everyday, but when u talk to the locals, it’s the sound of freedom, so u have to respect that! All in all very good.

Perfect vacation home

The house was super nice and the owner was very quick to be as helpful as she possibly could be. Really nice owner. House is in a nice neighborhood and is equipped with everything you might need. It was a wonderful place to spend 2 weeks.

Wonderful experience

We had an amazing time. The house is well equipped and very clean. It is in a good location, we went to Goodyear, Camelback and Surprise for spring training. Did not have to take the freeways. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was great. Definitely recommend this property.

Home away from home

Planned this visit to get away from the cold of NJ. While the weather was not co operative this property was WONDERFUL! For most of the time it was just me and my husband (we stayed for 21 days), our friends did join us for a week. They stay in what I called the guest wing. This home is later out wonderfully. Plenty of room, and very comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything you would have in your own home and laid out nicely. Clean, comfortable and many things were supplied that I feel were above and beyond. The owners were fantastic. They communicated with us on every and anything we needed. They never showed up unannounced. Always text me if they needed to check on the pool, which by the way was so lovely. Taking a swim after playing golf in a heated pool was just so relaxing. And lets not forget the hot tub! If you want to see the sites of AZ or golf or just relax, this is the home to do it in. There's a wonderful butcher within walking distance to get fresh meats to grill out back for a relaxing meal. I really can't say anything bad about our experience in this lovely home. I did not want to go home. Olivia and her husband, Igor were just lovely, friendly and non intrusive. We would definitely stay here again.

celebrating the SuperBowl in style

Overall, this was a perfect home for our family. 2 grandkids and 6 adults. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, nice to walk around, little parks to walk through and play at. The house had plenty of space. All on one floor and nicely spread out. The Master room was on one end of the house and the other rooms on the other end. The billiards room was fun to just relax and play a game of pool. We spent most of our time in the family room, the kitchen and relaxing in the backyard near the pool. The owner was amazing. Very responsive, proactive and made the stay very enjoyable. Even with one minor issue, the owner stopped over in 5 mins and took care of the item. The house was super clean and well kept… just like home!!! I highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

I like my guests to feel special during their stay as I feel everybody deserves to enjoy life to its fullest when they are taking a break from their busy schedules.

The home is located in one of the nicest areas of Litchfield Park, AZ and surrounded by several golf courses just 1-2 miles away. Great shops and restaurants can be found nearby as well as the Lifetime gym - one of the largest in Arizona. While only 5-6 minutes drive to the Goodyear's Ballpark and just 10 minutes to Cardinal's stadium, the villa offers a very peaceful time, as there was nobody around. Both convenience to get around anywhere as well as privacy and quite time have been greatly appreciated by our previous guests.
