- An open-plan kitchenette with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (two single beds)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

Outside area:
- A swimming pool (shared with residents and heated), open from 15 June to 15 September, Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:30
- A 5 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Mountain sports, The Pyrenees resort of Luchon-Superbagnères 1800 metres altitude.
Thermal baths for treatments or family water games (winter + summer)
Mountain biking A wide variety of signposted mountain bike trails, located at an altitude of 1800 metres and accessible by cable car.
Paragliding. Hiking and scenic walks.
Enduro trails and technical courses. Paragliding course, with 1200 metres of ascent.
Ski lifts open at the nearest resort:
Summer: mountain access by cable car from 04/07 to 31/08 every day, then only at weekends from 06/09 to 21/09.
Winter: opens in mid-December 2025 and closes at the end of March 2026.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (allocated space).

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Luchon, about 200 m away, or about 13 minutes' walk (the SNCF's SKIRAIL service is an advantage when you come to Luchon to ski).
- Nearest airport: Toulouse, about 145 km away

Other remarks :
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- The accommodation has its own ski locker, which can be opened with the same key as the front door.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay an additional fee
- During the ski season: walk or drive to the station to catch the shuttle bus, which leaves at set times.
