Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed space with garden furniture and a barbecue for your outdoor meals. The 20 m² terrace invites relaxation while the shared swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September) will offer you beautiful refreshing moments. Also enjoy a common tennis court in the residence, with rackets already available in the rental for improvised matches with complete ease!



The entrance is directly through the terrace, which leads you to a pleasant living area. Here you will find a friendly lounge corner with a sofa bed (allowing 2 additional people to stay overnight) and a television, perfect for your moments of relaxation, as well as a dining area to share meals with family. The open, modern and functional American kitchen is equipped with electric hobs, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary utensils to prepare good little dishes.

On the sleeping side, the house offers several well-thought-out sleeping spaces: a first bedroom with a single trundle bed (90x190) gives access to a second bedroom with a large King Size bed (180x200). Upstairs, a mezzanine accessible by a staircase in the living area accommodates two single beds (90x190), ideal for children or teenagers. The bathroom, equipped with a toilet and a hairdryer, completes the ensemble.



For greater convenience, the house also has a washing machine, an iron, and a private parking space in front of the accommodation.
