Gray Sr. Civic Center, this charming property offers the perfect home base for your getaway. Unwind by the fireplace or catch a movie on the smart TV after a day of exploring the beautiful Radium Springs Gardens, just 12 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and supplies needed to put, do, laundry, and up or all available and easy to find. Thanks again appreciate knowing we have a comfortable spot to stay.

Perfect Size

This was the perfect size place for me and my dog while I’m in between places. Easy to access and nice and quiet.

The accommodations were nice. Unit was very clean and cozy. David was very quick to respond and checked in through VRBO messaging to make sure everything was okay and we were satisfied.

Great Quiet Spot in Albany

My husband and I have been in Albany for some time working, and David has been a great host! Easy to communicate with, and the place is great. I work a lot from home so having a quiet space to work and take calls is important, and the beds are very comfortable. Easy to take my dog for walks as well! Definitely an enjoyable stay!

A Decent Stay

The inside of the property was cozy and clean. The interior pictures are accurate. It appears to be an older house that has been revitalized. However, while the owner has done a good job with exterior lighting and surveillance, I would not want my wife or daughter entering this property alone at night since you must enter from the rear of the property. Also, locating the correct unit was a little confusing since the house has been seprated into three units.

Thanks for the feedback Desmond as I will look for a better way to mark the units. As you stated I do provide motion lights as well as solar lights in the rear to improve visibility when checking in after dark. Thanks for staying!

Clean and lots of space

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfy, restroom a little small but adequate and clean. Extra paper and soap was available in the cabinet. We enjoyed using the tv in the living room but the couches were a bit stiff. We did use pillows from the closet to make it more comfortable to sit in there. The kitchen was clean and several pans, dishes, appliances were helpful. The washer and dryer were used once and I appreciated having them. I brought my own detergent but there was some in there if I had needed it. Neighborhood was beautiful, near a historical though so there was a bit of emergency vehicle noise. Overall stay was pleasant and served us well. Thank you!.
