Great Stay!

This older home with modern touches and nice hospitality made for a great stay. My mom and I were in town to see family and just have a few days away and we found this home in a great location and close to all we intended to do. The description is accurate to the home which we found neat, orderly and very clean! Communication with Melissa was a breeze! She is so friendly and quick to respond to any need!

Hostess with the mostess...

Fantastic doesn't even begin to explain it. This host was bar-none one of the best we have dealt with. Super flexible and the property was great. HUGE backyard and right across from old Kodak Elmgrove plant so LOTS of space for our dog to run. Would totally stay again.

Felt like we were home

This place had great homey touches that made us feel like we were at home. There was plenty of room for us to visit and not feel cramped or crowded. We enjoyed our stay here

Thank you for your interest in our Cozy Ranch! I work in education and am a mother of 4. My fiancee and I strive to make this house feel like a Home Away from Home for each guest that stays at our property.

My family and I fell in love with this property. Unfortunately with the addition of our last two children, we outgrew the house! We decided to keep the property so that others could enjoy the warm, cozy home-like space when traveling. We hope you find this to be true!
