Great location to visit our student at the UR. Really nice house (2BR) and spacious kitchen, bathroom and areas to relax. John was a great host and easy to communicate with. We'll be back.

The place was most convienient. The host are very responsive. If I was to visit home again with 2-3 ppl I would definitely opt to stay here again!! Many food places in the area to eat. Great place to stay as it is so convenient to every aspect of the city/suburbs.

Everything was really excellent. The only thing I would change was much better mattresses. They were way too soft and you just sunk right into them. There was no support at all and the one other thing it would change is maybe have lamps with some USB charge ports other than that. It was just perfect.

Nice place

We were visiting family in Rochester and this was a nice place to stay. Property was clean, close to everything and the host was incredibly communicative. Would stay again!

Perfect stay

The property was as beautiful, convenient, clean, well-decorated and accessible as advertised. The location was perfect for walking around the neighborhood, to Highland Park, Mount Hope Cemetery and the U of R medical campus. We loved our stay here.

The apt is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean.The beds are very comfortable. The host John replied very quickly to all my texts and phone calls. We had a small maintenance problem which was repaired 15 minutes after we called. We had to extend our stay a few times and he was very accommodating. Great location if you have family at Strong Memorial Hospital. Restaurant next door has delicious food.

Great location to commute to the university at a fraction of the hotel price. Very responsive host. The home is very clean and incredibly spacious. Parking is available if you move around by car.

Great location, close to Highland Park, Mt Hope Cemetary, and College Town. Easy to get anywhere in the city. Host was responsive to questions. Can't really use back yard as it's quite uneven and no yard furniture, but watching the squirrels from the side porch was great fun.

Outstanding

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was so accommodating. The house was excellent and it had everything we needed. Location is great close to the Canal and River bike trails. Hopefully we can be back soon.

The house is fresh, neat and tidy. Quiet neighborhood with easy access and easy check in and out. John our host is very responsive to our requests. Excellent choice and would stay here again.
