Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, this charming and tastefully decorated 19m² studio is close to the main attractions of Marais, Paris, such as Hôtel de Ville, Les Halles or Place de la République!

This studio is designed with open spaces (living room, dining room and kitchen). The living area features a large, comfortable double sofa bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There's also a desk area with a table and a chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking utensils and cutlery you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a hob, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave oven.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your comfort, including towels and free toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your convenience.

Explore its cobbled streets lined with 17th-century buildings, discover contemporary art galleries, vintage boutiques and trendy cafés. Visit the Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, and the Picasso Museum. The Marais is also known for its lively nightlife and varied restaurants. It's a great place to discover Parisian history, fashion and culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Saint-Sébastien -Froissart (line 8), is just a 7-minute walk.

Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
