Loved the location. Restaurants, shops, cafes all close by. Had a great time! Host was responsive with communication. Would have liked if they supplied toilet paper, toiletries, etc...but a market was close by to purchase these items.

気になった点 : チェックイン
The location was outstanding, it was within walking distance and very close to markets, public transportation and cafes. The washing machine worked very well. The host was responsive to inquiries. The check in/out process was cumbersome and challenging. The distance to pick up and drop off the keys was too far away especially when you are travelling and have to carry your bags. At Franprix there were 2 lockers making it difficult to identify the correct location. The key box was hidden behind a plant. The key location pickup/drop off need to be addressed to make it a less challenging process especially with a 10 AM checkout. The apartment was moderately clean, especially considering you have professional cleaners. The dishware and kitchen towels were sparse. The deposit policy needs to looked at. The deposit is held for 14 days, even though keys are left as requested and the apartment is left in in impeccable condition.

Good location, especially for exploring the 11th arrondissement. Flat itself is very charming but not without some issues. The floor at the flat above is very rickety and it gets very noisy any time neighbours cross the room, resulting in disturbed sleep. Also, the lift to the flat is out of order and carrying luggage up a very narrow staircase was a real back breaking challenge. Finally, for whatever reason, we had someone barge in on us during our stay - guess assuming that the flat was vacated.

L' appartement se trouve à un bon emplacement pour les visites, pas loin du métro. Calme dans son ensemble. Avec des magasins pour s'approvisionner juste à côté. Le stationnement est possible aux alentours via le site onepark. Il est agréable, bien agencé et décoré. La communication se fait avec des professionnels pas le propriétaire, elle est rapide mais souvent en anglais. Nous regrettons cependant quelques points. L'appartement n'était pas très propre. (Poussière, cheveux, guêpes mortes, traces au sol et sur une serviette.)La douche est pleine de calcaire. Il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle ni d'ustensiles pour loger à quatre personnes. Pour les personnes qui dorment dans le salon il manquerait un rideau occultant sur la fenêtre en hauteur. Concernant la tv elle n'est pas reliée à une antenne. Nous avons dû mettre nos propres codes Netflix. Sans abonnement personnel nous n'aurions pas eu de TV. Notre expérience reste globalement positive.

Heavy Metal et musées

Nous avons loué cet appartment d'abord pour aller assister à un concert, puis faire découvrir Paris à nos enfants. Son emplacement près de la ligne M1 le rend idéal pour traverser la ville. Le quartier est très chouette.Deux petits bémols : l'entrée du bâtiment n'est pas très facilement identifiable et il manque dans l'appartement quelques ingédients de base (huile, sel etc.) pour cuisiner.L'appartement est sinon très clair, très spacieux et agréable, et très bien équipé

Concernant votre remarque sur les ingrédients de base en cuisine, nous tenons à préciser que nous ne les fournissons pas systématiquement (huile, sel, poivre, café, etc.). Les préférences varient beaucoup d’un voyageur à l’autre, et nous avons constaté que la présence de produits entamés ne plaisait pas toujours. Nous préférons donc laisser à chacun le soin de s’équiper selon ses goûts - d’autant qu’un supermarché se trouve tout près de l’appartement.
