気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイ ン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
DO NOT BOOK. If you research Pick A Flat they have terrible reviews online. We arrived to an apartment that wasn’t clean, without toilet paper, without internet and with renovations occurring in the apartment directly below. The apartment is also located on a street not accessible by cars. Communication with the company about our concerns did not go well- They did not believe the apartment wasn’t clean and were primarily focused on fixing the internet only. We had an overnight flight into Paris and no where for our daughter to rest when we arrived that was clean. VRBO was not helpful in the process and neither company allowed us to cancel our 4 night stay. We left after 2 hours since I could not receive an answer as to when the apartment would be cleaned other than they “contacted the cleaning company.”Be safe, don’t trust this company and be cautious with VRBO in general. The consumer is not valued or protected.
