I love to welcome new Guests!
My passion for traveling and meeting People from all over the world inspired me to create a comfortable environment to relax and call home. My priority is ensuring my Guests comfort and providing the information they need to get the most out of their stay. Approximately one hour N of Cherry Springs state Park. Two hours S of Niagara Falls. One hour E of Ellicottville and local ski resorts. 45 minutes NE from Kinzua State Park and Allegheny reservoir. Drop a Kayak in the Oswayo Creek from the back yard and float all day. Endless hiking, ATV/snowmobile trails. Sledding parks, picnic parks, State Parks, Lakes…. I hope you enjoy my space and all that this area has to offer.

This is our second time staying here and she has been so great both times. So accommodating and thoughtful, the place is always so welcoming and stocked great.

Perfect little Getaway

Everything we hoped it would be, easy to find location. Clean and comfortable. Easy access ramp was helpful for those in our group with tired knees after walking the fair grounds.We felt right at home here.The bonfire was a wonderful touch, wish we had more time to enjoy it. We look forward to future return visits.

The pictures do not do this place justice! extremely clean and well kept. Great view of the river through the living room window to wake up to! Jody was a great host and check-in was smooth just as she said! Communication was never an issue and it was a positive experience all around.

Hidden Gem in Shinglehouse

My husband and I had just 2 nights to stay but Jody made sure that the kitchen was well stocked and the whole place was cozy! We have friends in town and would definitely stay here again! Lots of room and beds!

Fall Foliage Trip

A clean, comfortable, quiet place to rest & sleep after a day of site seeing. Plenty of room. It has a nice view off the deck and is a great place to sit and relax after a busy day out. Reasonably priced.

Oswayo River Daydreaming

This is the second time I've stayed @ this facility, and I'm looking forward to doing it again. It offered more amenities than I made use of so I must return!

Pretty, but not what we expected

This is an adorable space with a gorgeous view! Beware however - the locals know cell service is spotty in the area, so GPS directions are very difficult. We had ATT and NO service. The property is at the back of a two story apartment house, which is not what you'd expect and not clearly marked. There are tenants with small children above you and an older lady in the first apartment off the porch who seems to be looking out the screen door at every hour of the day.
