Stay in the calmest part of Brussels city center in my 150m2, 4-bedrooms, 3.5-baths apartment, located within 5 minutes by foot from Gare Centrale, metro stop, Grand Place, Royal Gallery, museums and shops. Ideal for big groups.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Despite only 5 mintues from the main train station and 3 minutes from Grand Place, this property is extremely calm, as it does not face any road with traffic circulations.
This apartment has 4 bedrooms, therefore would be perfect for groups of friends and family looking to take advantage of Brussels's charming beer-tasting, antiquing and cultural opportunities. The area is also extremely safe as it is right next to (literally sharing the same wall) the most prestigious university in Belgium (KU Leuven).
You will also be dazzled by the unique vintage furniture that the host David had accumulated during his 6 years stay in Brussels. He personally had lived in the apartment during years before moving on to a bigger house with his family. So no more staying in a soul-less cookie Airbnb apartment filled with IKEA furniture!
