Welcome to this family holiday home located in Vannes, in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan! Close to all shops. A 15-minute walk from Vannes city center (Port, Jardin des Remparts, La Rabine...). Beaches 12 minutes by car. Train station 10 minutes on foot. Fully furnished and equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. You will enjoy a large enclosed garden, a 25m² terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Swimming, water sports, and seaside walks will punctuate your stay; it's the perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan. Step through the front door and discover a large living area of ​​nearly 30m². The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to cook just like at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, toaster, and capsule coffee machine are at your disposal. Share meals around the dining table for 6 to 8 people or, when the weather is fine, opt for the terrace. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofas around the coffee table. A television is also located in the living room. The house has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be converted into a double bed by pushing them together, a children's bedroom with bunk beds (90x190 cm), and a small bedroom with a sofa bed (120x190 cm). Books and games are available. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer is at your disposal. The toilet is separate for added comfort. The house is also equipped with a travel cot, a high chair, steps, and a washing machine. The house is accessible only by stairs. Smoking is prohibited in the house. We request a contribution of 60 euros for the upkeep of bed linen, towels, and cleaning.
