Beautiful condo located just 15 miles north of Charlotte North Carolina, Lake Norman is the perfect place for a small getaway anytime of the year. Plenty of restaurants and shopping located nearby or experience the beautiful scenery by boating and fishing or hiking and biking. As North Carolina’s largest man-made lake, there’s something for everyone to love with plenty to do for a relaxing escape or outdoor adventure.

This is a first floor condo unit with patio overlooking the lake. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, laundry, full kitchen, smart tv, wifi access and more. Enjoy! ** Please note that there is a camera located above the front door access for security purposes only.

Christmas in Cornelius

This property is near our daughter. We were very comfortable there and was able to spend the holiday with the grandkids. My son flew in from Chicago and stayed with us also. The property is very clean, beds are comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. I have a little Christmas decor that I keep with my daughter and was able to make it look truly like 'home away from home' for the holidays.

We come to Cornelius to visit our son, daughter in law and grandkids.

We were very satisfied with our condo rental. We love staying in Cornelius and renting a condo on the lake. This condo has beautiful views of Lake Norman and the boat marina. The pool was just wonderful and very well maintained. We also enjoyed walking the boardwalk and the many awesome restaurants close by. The BIG plus for us is the condo was pet friendly, as our dog always travels with us. We would highly recommend this condo and would rent it again on our next trip back to Lake Norman. Bill & Linda

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location near parks and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Chris was very helpful and accessible. We definitely want to stay here again.

Awesome Time with Family from N.Y. & Ohio

Right from start, Chris helped by returning my calls or answering with clarification. My niece and nephews enjoyed the comfortable house, scenery, location, it was refreshing.
