This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath townhouse has lots to offer inside and out! Perfect home for long or short term rental and great for business travelers.

Walk to get your morning coffee, and drop off your dry cleaning along the way. After work stroll to grab dinner and drinks at Cork & Cask or 131 Main. Bank and Salon conveniently located in the same quaint plaza. Greenway access located behind townhouse for peaceful walks or bike rides. So many amenities just within walking distance!

Target, grocery store and gas station less than a mile away in the Northcross Shopping Plaza. Birkdale Village is right around the corner, offering an exceptional dining and shopping experience. Access to Lake Norman approximately 1 mile away.

Convenient to all major highways (I77, 485, 85). Location also provides easy access to alternative travel routes.

Great location, beautiful condo with lots of space, very comfortable beds, plenty of closet and dresser space in the two primary bedrooms, welll stocked kitchen for cooking. Huge note, stairs! There are two flights of stairs, one from ground floor to main floor and one from main to bedrooms and laundry. They are steep and narrow. If stairs are difficult for you, don't rent this place. Which is a shame, because it's a beautiful place.

We had a wonderful time at Shiva’s place. The location, the neighborhood, the townhouse meet all our expectations. He was very timely in answering my texts, although there were few. We love this place and can’t wait to return!

Great long-term stay

My husband and I stayed for 10 weeks during our home renovation. The property was clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The small issues we did have (to be expected over a 10 week stay) were resolved quickly by Shiva. Also, Shiva was flexible when we had to extend our stay by a few days. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and would recommend it. Thank you

FABULOUS STAY

We absolutely loved our stay at Shiva's home. Comfy, clean home and plenty of room for our 6 person family. Had all of the amenities we needed for a longer stay. The neighborhood was SO AMAZING. Beautiful tree-lined streets, greenway path for walking and biking just down the street, restaurants are a walkable one block away, and the pool, playground, and basketball court are just a short walk away. Highly recommend this home!

5 stars! ⭐️

I stayed here for five weeks and wish I could’ve stayed longer! The place was very clean and super cozy. I felt right at home with all the amenities I could possibly need, extra blankets, well stocked kitchen, cute decor, even a garage to use! Shiva is an awesome host, very easy to communicate with and helped with anything I needed right away. The location is very close to stores/restaurants with easy access to the highway. It was a great walkable area for me and my dog. I stayed here mostly solo with a few visitors at times and I felt very safe and welcome in the community. I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Never disappoints

This was our fourth stay at this townhouse, the first time with the new owner, Shiva. He was extremely accommodating to our weather related travel and answered our questions in a timely manner.It is such a comfortable place and so convenient to everything, groceries, restaurants, the freeway. We can’t wait to come back!
