This rental is the first floor of a 2-story home, and includes a private plunge pool and outdoor area on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and living space with 75" television. There is access to a larger roof deck, palapa and dipping pool with generous space for dining, relaxing, sunbathing and stargazing. There are views of the ocean and sunset, It is quite relaxing up on top. The beach is an easy 50 steps for sunrise.
Every room is a queen bed, has own AC unit, with attached private bathroom with shower. One room has a futon.
Kitchen is fully furnished, has large dining table and is open to the tv space. The screens in kitchen windows slide apart for transporting food and drinks to pool bar.
1.5 mile walk down the beach to downtown Puerto Morelos - close enough to enjoy restaurants, beach clubs and shopping but tucked away from the noise. Bike rentals available and easy road to town.
Decor may vary as unit is improved.
There is an additional condo on the second floor that is inaccessible to this rental listing.

We are a family who has been coming down to puerto morelos for over 12 years. I have brought yoga groups down here for many retreats and my family loves this town and the people.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
I rented this house on airbnb and found it to be such a relaxing place with such an easy layout for families and the access to the beach is amazing-50 steps away. So when i was told it was for sale, we bit the bullet and was able to become the new owners. It is slowly being made the way we want to be as we will be using this house also for our growing family. The house is two levels with first floor condo open to renters and the second floor is closed-only open when we are using it. But you can use all the decks, the pools, the outdoor table for great meals and fun. The night sky is amazing up on the top deck. The neighborhood is quiet, mostly family owned houses around us with all the neighbors knowing each other. The walk to town-25-30 mins is an easy walk down the beach or the taxi stand is just a few blocks away.
