Pool House

Hi, we are Steve and Rachel Baptiste. We have 2 young children, Thomas (5) and Poppy (4), and a very beloved pug named Bizzy. We have lived in Bonita Springs for approximately 13 years and absolutely love the small beach town feel that Bonita provides. Steve, originally from South Carolina, is a graduate of Clemson University and owns and operates a successful pressure washing business. Rachel is originally from Indianapolis and is an avid scuba diver and Instructor. Together they own and operate a boutique property management company which manages several long term rentals in the area as well as 4 personal short term vacation rentals in multiple states. As a family unit we enjoy spending our time at the beach while Steve kiteboards, taking family trips to Disney in our fifth wheel RV, and spending time in the mountains at our home in North Georgia where steve is an avid endurance mountain biker rider. In all, we are a young adventurous family looking forward to share our properties with others.

This property is unique to us in many ways. This was our first home purchased in Florida back in 2010. We started our family here and spent many years making it our home. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and covered lanai with pool. In November 2020 we purchased our neighbor's home and moved next door. This was when we decided to turn this property into a rental. It has all the makings of a great vacation destination home; pool, proximity to downtown Bonita, proximity to beach, etc. We believe that any renter will enjoy this property as much as we have over the past decade.

In the process of flipping this beloved home into a vacation rental we have provided several updates, including, new roof, new paint on interior and exterior, privacy fencing, new electrical paneling and wiring, and pool heater. Several 'smart' updates have also been installed, including smart thermostats, keyless entry, and solar power on entire home.
