Condo location and overall condition good. The hairdryer in the master bedroom didn't work. A few more items in the kitchen and bathroom (i.e. designated kitchen towels, and more dishwasher tabs, Kleenex for the bathrooms) would have been greatly appreciated!

Overall, we had a great stay at this property! Everything was mostly within close distance to our planned activities! The kids utilised the pool often and had a great time.

Great stay

This is a lovely home for a large group. We had 8 people, adults and kids. It is very well appointed, including a pool and grill, and as a bonus a lovely water park/bar just a three minute walk away. Staff was terrific, and so was the host had a wonderful week.

A+ loved everything about our stay

We had a wonderful stay at this super roomy, clean and well appointed rental home. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood pool was a great perk. We will definitely rent here again for our next Disney trip. Thank you for an awesome week!

Wonderful experience and property

We loved that this property was handy to every Disney park and everything we needed. The home was tastefully decorated and clean, with the ideal set up for a family on the go. We had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. On our off day the kids spent time in the amazing neighborhood pool and lazy river. They enjoyed that as much as Disney! We would definitely stay here again!

Disney and Epcot trip

Everything was great. The accommodations are perfect for our family. The pool was a nice treat after walking the parks all day. Spent half a day at the big community pool floating in the lazy river before heading home. Perfect little get away!

The house was very nice and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. It gave us a lot of room. Disappointing that the grill did not work. Needed to shop for essentials such as toilet paper, Kleenex and seasonings. The tack strippings on the rugs were very sharp. Pool was fun for the kids.

Great stay!!!

Loved the property. Everything was clean and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would suggest is having more pans to cook with other then that everything was great.

AllAround easy. Comfortable mattresses in all the rooms. Clean. Pool very small but we didn’t need one or use it. All else good.

Summit cheer vacation

Location of the house was easy to find easy to check in and to make changes prior to our stay . House location close to many amenities and to all facilities we needed to access for the tournament. Enjoyed the lazy river and pool at Bronson Club house .

Air conditioner

The propert was nice the first day we arrived the air went out took a while to get a response. Maintenance came said it was fix 2 hours later unit went out again reported it again no one ever showed up. I feel for my inconvenience I’m requesting half of my money back.

Good vacation base

Location is near commerce, and short drive to parks. Rooms are large and comfy beds and pillows. Pool is very helpful with big kids. Appliances are good, need to buy coffee filters for coffee machine and all condiments for cooking. Overall is a good place to stay with family.

Picture perfect!

We came down for our family reunion. There is more than enough room for our 2 families. All the appliances actually work and durable silverwear. No complaints! I would definitely use again.

Very nice but Beware of extra Charges

The property itself was very nice and clean. Very good location. If you don't belong to a TV service, you will not be able to use any TV except in the living room. If you want to use the BBQ grill, there is a fee of 50, along with a 50 fee to heat the pool. These items should be disclosed in the listing.

Great apartment for an Orlando stay

The apartment was everything it was advertised today. The only thing missing was the remote control for the fan in the living room but otherwise the temperature of the house was great, the tipping pool was fabulous and the atmosphere altogether was great. High recommend

Townhome review

Our stay was overall good since we had things planned. Upon arrival I walked around the whole unit to check for any damages so I could take pictures and show the owner. Asked for an email and he gave me one that doesn’t work and I had told him that there was dried up blood on one of the bedsheets and no concern what so ever, just a response of: the linings are washed and checked before placing. After I sent the email and told him got no response after that and then saw that it was a bad email he gave. Poor communication with property manager

I was totally impressed with how clean everything was especially the floor. It was absolutely 💯 !

Visited Universal Studio. A lot of times renting a place even though the floors are clean, they still feel dirty and greasy. This place was spotless even the floors. We didn't have black feet! I would definitely recommend this home.
