The BEACH is ALWAYS OPEN in Perdido Key......come relax and put your toes in the sand!

NOTE: During peak season (March 1st through March 31st and June 1st through August 2nd) we only allow Saturday through Saturday rentals. Message us with any questions.

Parking: Parking is free for 1 vehicle for which a guest parking pass is provided for the days rented. Additional parking is available across the road by Key Concepts Reality on a first come first serve basis for $20-40 per day (cash or check only) depending on the time of year. The number for Key Concepts is 850-492-5462.

New Samsung stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (stove, dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator)

Our little piece of paradise is the ultimate relaxing beachfront condo located DIRECTLY on beautiful Perdido Key Beach, Florida. This is a recently updated 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1344 sq ft condo that sleeps up to 8 people. The living room highlights a 16-foot glass door/window that opens up to a ground floor patio with spectacular beach access and ocean views. It is perfect for watching the sun rise and set or catching the Blue Angles flying over the beach.

This Ocean Breeze East condo has recently been painted, new LVP installed in the bedrooms, new living room furniture, new mattresses and all new stainless appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen has been updated and is fully stocked so you can sit back and relax at the beach.

High speed internet WiFI, cable TV, and an oversized Samsung washer and dryer are a few more features for your comfort. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we also include 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels so you won't have to bring your own.

The condo has a pool that is just steps away from the ground floor patio. You can sit and relax on the patio while the kids play in the heated pool.

Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery, CVS Pharmacy, and Winn Dixie. Walmat and Target are 6 miles away. It is also within walking distance to several unique shops and several local restaurants.

Pensacola International Airport is just 21 miles and 30 minutes from our condo. PNS Airport has daily non-stop flights to most major cities making this an easy get away. Our condo and property is 100% NON-SMOKING. Please reach out to us with any questions. There is a $1000 fine for anyone found smoking in addition to any damages (cost to remove smell of smoke).

We had the best time on our stay here! The condo and the owners were so wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! They were so thoughtful with everything provided such as beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, etc. they really had everything we could have needed. The condo was spacious and perfectly located to enjoy the beach and pool whenever we wanted. Everything was clean and looked exactly like it did in the photos. We will definitely be back in the future!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was phenomenal and September has to be the best time to go to the beach! Thank you so much to our hosts for sharing this gem of a property with us! The first floor made it super easy with a toddler! The condo was well stocked and very clean! The floor plan laid out well for our needs and the back yard was an added bonus! Only a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach! Great stay!

The location was amazing! The grass fenced in yard was perfect for younger kids. The condo was well stocked, clean & hosts very responsive. The unit was so perfect that the family staying next to us has already booked this unit for next year.

PERFECTION

This unit was perfect for our group. Not only was the unit clean but also had everything you need for your stay. Having the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were a great help in packing for the trip. 100% recommend this property and we will definitely be back!!

Upon arrival we quickly realized how clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated it was in the condo. The patio was no exception either with well crafted furniture and a deck box full of toys. If you want to just pack some clothes and head to the beach, come here! You don’t need to bring a thing, they have thought of everything you need for a wonderful stay! 10/10

Short Beach Getaway

Great Quiet Beach Condo! Easy Beach access, end of the beach with easy beach chair setup, not a lot of people! Condo was super cute. Comfy beds! Lots of cooking essentials, dishes, Tupperware, and utensils. Some spices available! Beach chairs and 2 umbrellas were super convenient, along with all the beach toys! Super impressed with everything! Only thing I would suggest bringing would be toilet paper. There was only 1 roll in each bathroom, no biggie we had to go to store anyways so grabbed some when we went! Highly recommend and would return!

Spectacular first floor condo, with amazing beach access. Tastefully decorated & furnished with all the amenities we could have imagined. Perfectly located within easy proximity to delicious eateries, pubs, coffee shops, or whatever we were in the mood for.

Amazing place!

Property was spotless, location was great, we had a 1 year old, so the ground floor and fenced in back yard was a great addition. Glenn was super responsive to any questions we had and having all the extras in the room to take to beach (chairs, umbrellas and toys) was just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

We arrived and were happy with the condo. The decorations were adorable! The condo had everything you could ever need: kitchen fully stocked, extra beach towels, boogie boards and chairs. Perfect first floor condo to walk right out to the pool and beach.

Beautiful Condo BEYOND Our Expectations

From the moment we opened the door, we knew our stay would be extraordinary. Clean and bright, beautifully and tastefully decorated in a beachy theme, and well-appointed in every way. There is no exaggeration with this VRBO listing! This place is a luxury getaway! The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve, enabling us to cook fresh grouper and shrimp from the local seafood market. How convenient to have all beach accessories provided! Gorgeous, relaxing bedrooms, and quality flooring throughout. We enjoyed time on the patio, which was nicely furnished. Loved the location, and this complex’s relatively less-crowded feel. We appreciated Glenn’s accessibility and his quick, thorough responses. Seldom are expectations met these days, so we were delighted and surprised that our expectations were far exceeded!

Access to the beach and pool couldn’t be any easier or faster. Loved they provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Beautiful well stocked condo and the view was great! 10/10 would definitely stay here again with no hesitation!

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our stay! 4 adults 4 kids. This unit is in a great location. Wonderful owners, easy to get contact for any needs. I have so much good to say! The beach is less crowded, there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and roomy. The pool was a blessing with the heat. Shade hits the pool starting around 3 so we had mornings at the beach, afternoons in the pool and sunset walks back on the beach. Its close enough to Orange Beach and Pensacola we were able to explore both and then return to our quiet beach. My husband uses a wheelchair and everything worked out great. The hallway and doors were good. Bathroom was a little tricky but if you have upper body strength it was no issue to roll in and transition to our shower chair. Beach access was a breeze with the beach buggy we rented. He had a great time getting out there. The pool is easy to access, having the yard was also great for the kids and just sitting watching the water. We saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed the parasailing which is right next door.

Perfect Condo for Families

Our family came and had an amazing trip. The condo was perfect for our vacation! Access to the pool and beach are easy, the view is gorgeous, and you are a short drive to lots of activities and restaurants.

Perdido key condo

Beautiful 3 bedroom ground floor condo. This is the best equipped beach rental (chairs, toys, towels, kitchen items, etc). The condo and owner are 5 stars but if have multiple vehicles, parking can be an issue. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Can’t beat the front yard!

The condo was very clean and the furnishings are actually newer than what’s pictured here. It’s recently been updated and l found it quite pleasing and comfortable. The beds are great with firm memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding. I slept like a baby. But the absolute best feature of this rental is its location. With a fenced grassy front yard (perfect for a toddler) overlooking the gulf and the pool just steps away, I couldn’t have been happier. I am mobility challenged so I was very happy with all the ramps & easy boardwalks that lead to the sand. Overall, the rental is a very good value for the price. I’ve already saved it in my “favorites” for future use.

We always dreamed of owning a condo on the beach in Perdido Key. After visiting Perdido Key for over 20 years we finally bought our own place......now our little piece of heaven. We love Perdido Key and the family friendly place it remains while other local beaches continue to become more commercial. Perdido Key is the lost key that offers a laid back atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy the beach! We love the beach and travel often around the world on scuba trip adventures!

We made our condo very comfortable so you too can enjoy a week at the beach with all the comforts of home. We have replaced all the mattresses, appliances and living room furniture in January 2022. The addition of chaise loungers on the patio give you a place to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean or watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset. We want you to enjoy your time at the beach, so we have also included 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for your comfort! Now it's time to come, sit back and relax on Perdido Key!

Perdido Key has two world class golf courses (Perdido Bay was a PGA event course) and many more within minutes. Fishing can be enjoyed in a variety of ways from fishing right out the back patio by walking a few steps down to the beach to deep sea charters, fishing in Perdido Bay, on the Perdido River or fishing in the surf. There are numerous local restaurants with fresh seafood or you can go to Joe Pattis and buy your own fresh seafood to cook yourself.
