- In addition to being a part of a Private Beach Access Community, St Ivory guests have access to Rosemary Beach’s 4 Community Pools – 3 Outdoor and 1 Indoor.

A luxurious escape awaits you in this newer Rosemary Beach home. St. Ivory is a custom-designed 5 Bedroom, 5.5 bath tower home. Boasting an open floor plan designed for bringing together family and friends. Ample on-property parking through the private gate welcome guests into the outdoor courtyard with a heated pool, outdoor living room and fireplace and built-in grill. Step inside through any of the four French doors and discover an open-floor plan ideal for entertaining with a living room, dining area and gourmet chef's kitchen featuring Thermador appliances, two dishwashers, an expansive walk-in pantry, and laundry room. The first floor includes an oversized king suite with fireplace and French doors that open to the courtyard. As you adventure to the second and third floors, the elevator will help make moving into your home-away-from home even easier. The second floor hosts a large media space at the top of the stairs, two king suites, a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunkbeds, and an additional laundry. All three bedrooms provide attached bathrooms and feature relaxing balconies. The third floor hosts a lounge area with wet bar and 5th bedroom. This third-floor king en suite room features a surprising hide-away loft with four twin beds. Take the spiral staircase to the top of the home and enjoy private sunset viewing from the observation tower featuring 360 degrees views of the Gulf of Mexico and Rosemary Beach.

Sadly, we were disappointed with your property. The pictures must have been taken when it was built because it sure wasn't as nice as the photos! There was a LOT of mold and aging inside and out. Not very clean either. We had ants everywhere and saw a cockroach! Cupboards were dirty. The hot water in the master bath (main floor) was scalding hot. Couldn't find the remote to the fan in master either. Overall, not happy with our stay.

Spacious home with ample room for our family of 11. Beautiful family friendly area, lots to do.

The location was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Bikes were a plus for riding around the area.Carpet, rugs and furniture were well worn and in need of replacement. Upholstered furniture was stained and pilled.There were signs of mold and mildew in the vents and registers especially in the 3rd floor which had a musty odor.There was an issue with the toilet in the master bathroom and also with the shower hot & cold regulator. Management came over to help but we elected not to have plumbers working while we were there.We enjoyed our stay and would come back, perhaps to a different rental agent.

Great Vacation

The pictures do not do this house justice. Such an incredible home and location. The houses may be close to each other however, very private. Noise and seeing other people next door was never an issue. The walk way is right in front of the house that leads to the beach. There is a 7pm curfew in Rosemary for those under 18 yo. Loved that! Felt safe the entire time. The house has everything you need to cook, clean, entertain with. Having three stories, each group of our party could get away from each other and lounge in their own rooms or mini living areas without having to be together all the time. The pool area is very nice and private perfect for relaxing. The management was very accommodating and helpful. Give 10 stars.

Really loved it!

After vacationing in Rosemary for 17 years, this property is a favorite! Love the outdoor space. Ease of having onsite parking, feels new and well-appointed. Would absolutely book again.

Spacious beautiful house

This house wowed everyone and was perfect for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend! Stocked with essentials and very accommodating owner & management company. Short walk into a very picturesque town and beach! Loved our visit here!

Magical week at St. Ivory

Just returned from a wonderful visit to this beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood with our group of 13 friends. The house has a great layout with plenty of room to spread out, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving supplies. Loved having two full-sized refrigerators and dishwashers! We used the heated pool and bikes every day. The property management team responded quickly to any small questions/issues. The property was perfect for us!

Great home for a large group

This house was amazing! The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The private outdoor pool and patio was so enjoyable. Close walk to shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away from the crowd and felt private. The home has several areas to relax and space out. Gorgeous inside and out. I would highly recommend to a large group very spacious.

Rosemary 2022

We enjoyed our stay at St Ivory. No one greeted us when we arrived ( we were told that someone would walk us through upon arrival). We never were able to turn back yard lights off at night so the main bedroom was quite bright at bedtime. Also the downstairs washer had a broken washing detergent holder. And there was no vacuum cleaner to clean floors during our stay. The home is beautiful though and we were comfortable.
