Legacy Community Classic 1 bedroom condo

This Spanish style beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath, ground level single-story condo has all the amenities of a home and more. Guests enjoy a well-stocked full kitchen, large screen TV with movie channels, a gas fireplace, new carpeting, an outdoor grill, and an attached, secure, private garage at no extra charge.

A studio lock-off (2 guest max) is available to rent or the entire two-bedroom property (6 guest max). Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you would like to book this listing, the studio lock-off, or both.

The main pool, clubhouse, and one of the few lap pools are steps away.

The large, covered patio is perfect for private casual meals or cocktails. It is just steps from a luxurious saltwater lap pool and spa, and the main clubhouse, which features a restaurant, fitness center, multiple pools, outdoor barbeque, hammock garden, and spa. This studio offers the perfect balance of serenity, privacy, and convenience.

A portable crib, stroller, and high chair may be available. Please contact me to reserve.

Pets may be welcome based on the submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.

If bringing RVs and trailers please get in touch with me in advance. Only one car is allowed in the gated community. One garage parking spot is available.

Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.

We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.

We have been to LaQuinta several times over the years. This was our first stay at the LV. The location is wonderful …very close to Old LaQuinta and access to surrounding cities of interest … we did a lot of hiking …beautiful mountains in our view, and a cozy, clean one bedroom condo

Amazing spot

My wife and I enjoyed staying here again. The accusations are so well appointed and provide a great place to relax and enjoy the pool(s) The close proximity to the hot tub made an evening hot tub visit easy. The patio was bathed in sunshine each morning as we enjoyed breakfast. Overall it was super enjoyable

Weekend getaway

Amazing as always

This was the first year we didn't need a three bedroom in the complex, but still kitchen access. This unit was great in a great location and all around 5 stars! We look forward to coming back again in the future! Thanks Garrett!

Perfect!

We loved staying at this Legacy Villa unit in LaQuinta. The home was very comfortable and nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The short walk to LaQuinta Resort was an added plus. The Legacy Villas also have a great setup with pools and the club house and restaurant. We will definitely be back and have already recommended this unit to our friends. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Great place!

Great place as every unit here is exceptional that I have stayed at. Garage is a huge plus!! So close to multiple pools!! The only draw back is it is a single story, so in 115 degrees it is hard for the AC to keep it cool. Otherwise amazing.

Peaceful getaway

This condo is more like a townhome. We loved the size, the full kitchen, easy access to two of the 11 pools in the neighborhood (the main pool by the clubhouse was just out the back door and across the street). The unit was very clean and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again!

I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!
