Your Modern Midtown Oasis by Kenden Stays is available to be booked. If you’re a business professional, traveling nurse, or just coming into town for a sports game, then you’ve found the perfect spot. Book today! We are looking forward to hosting you! Kenden Stays has a dedicated Guest Services team available 7 days a week to assist you with any questions during your stay. In an effort to protect the host and guest, we may ask to see a photo ID at the time of your arrival and or a guest registration form will be required to fill out, and a copy of the photo ID will be required. Please keep in mind that this dwelling is in a building that is connected to other residences so please keep in mind that minor noises may be heard. Please note that a government photo ID will be requested prior to booking, and a mandatory registration form will be provided for you to complete as well prior to check-in. In addition, only guest on the reservation are permitted to check-in with proper government identification. No overnight Guests not on original reservation!!!!!!!

Great location, Great stay

We were in town for GA Tech parent weekend. The location was close, beautiful apartment, easy check in, and helpful host.

Close to Georgie Tech and Midtown

I really liked the location of this property within walking distance to many restaurants and the Georgia Tech campus. Parking was very safe and easy too. The lister was also responsive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Could Not Ask For Better

Those kids went above & beyond to get me checked in and made me feel so at home. They even checked on me during my stay. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. I forgot my sunglasses and they even agreed to mail them to me. I trust them more than my ex wives.

Safe/Perfect Location/Beautiful Bldg Midtown ATL

Great building in the perfect location. Walk to tons of restaurants. Bldg is totally safe. 24 hr attendant in the lobby. Key fab entry. Safe, FREE, secure parking. Beautiful pool and fitness center. The unit itself is well-appointed. It has everything you need. Great host. Excellent communication. I will be back!

Like home

My husband and I went to Family Weekend at Georgia Tech from Miami by plane. The apartment was perfectly located, this zone was quiet, clean and close to good restaurants. We walked through the neighborhood and we felt safe all the times. The apartment had all that we needed. I loved the coffee machine plenty of capsules to wake up happy without worries. There was many green tea bags. It was like if they know our morning routine. Also, we had some welcome snacks. We slept without to miss our bed. That is difficult to find a bed like ours. In the morning, we drank our coffee in the balcony, and we felt calm and happy. It was a emotional weekend because we had one month without see our son, but this place made marvelous our reunion.
