As advertised, great for a family of 4 to enjoy the midtown area. No need for moving your car from the dedicated parking space if you don't leave midtown. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

Great location with responsive host and lots of space. The location is very close to many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with on-site parking which was important to us. Beds were super comfortable and house was spotless and well equipped.

Amazing location steps from the park, beltway, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. Great beds. Plentiful closet full of towels. Well appointed. Modern and comfortable. Easy off street parking. Really as good as it gets. Safe call, y'all.

Adam is a terrific host: warm, engaging and responsive. The house was perfect for our needs. Beds were very comfortable, house was immaculately clean and the location a one minute walk from Piedmont Park was perfect. We travel to Atlanta frequently and will be sure to stay with Adam again!

Adam gave clear check in instructions. I thought it was helpful that he included a video for unlocking the door. The home was well decorated and very clean. The location is close to a lovely park. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Great house in perfect location

This house was just as described. It was very clean and spacious. It was an easy walk to Piedmont Park but not on the busy road. Adam was very responsive with any questions I had. Parking was great.

A little gem in Midtown

We were in town for a swim meet ant GA Tech and could not have found a house that was more perfect for the three of us. The location was perfect – safe and just a few steps from Piedmont Park. The house was clean and comfy, and we were grateful to have a driveway. We recommend staying here and will rebook next time we are in Atlanta.
