This house is fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, lovely front porch, and comfortable living room and dining room. The house has 10 ft. ceilings on the main floor, with the wide trim and lovely hardwood adding character and beauty. The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor so please keep this in mind when you rent this house and need the 3rd bedroom.

This was just a fabulous find for us. Everything we needed, or wanted, or might have thought about, was available to us in this rental. Perfect. If I could, I would lug this one around with us everywhere we go. It was just that wonderful!! Definitely would like to return at some point in the future. Ideally situated for many attractions in the area. Owner MOST responsive and helpful!

Older home that is nicely remodeled. Railroad tracks nearby, recommend earplugs if you are sensitive.

Great stay in Hutch

The home was clean and comfortable. Owners were very accommodating, providing all the amenities we needed for our stay. Older neighborhood with some vacant homes, but we felt very safe and comfortable enough to walk around the neighborhood. Grocery store, fast food, Planet Fitness (reasonable daily membership) and Cosmosphere all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here twice

The house was comfortable. We had two issues, had to contact the host to gain access to the house because they did not send the entry code information. The contact did respond pretty quick. The house has a check out procedure and one item to complete was to remove the sheets from the beds and we found a very stained mattress pad under the sheets. This was not appealing or sanitary looking.

Darling property in a great location that is cozy and homey. Perfect for a group of friends or a family. Close grocery shopping and easy access to downtown & attractions in the area. Would recommend for family & friends of students at the community college in town for events!!

Family Weekend in Hutch

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! We were in town for the Salt Mine 5k and the location was perfect for EVERYTHING. Shopping, restaurants, the salt mine, Cosmosphere . It was such a beautiful kept up home that had everything you could possibly need! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Hutch.

Unique benifits for staying here include easy access to fine dining, a fitness center, convenience stores, and even the mall is only 5 minutes away. It is several blocks from the Cosmophere, where you can enjoy films and learn the history of space exploration. 10 minutes away is the Salt Museum, where you can descend 650 feet into the earth and learn how salt is mined.
