Level 1: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140 x 190 including a master bedroom with bathroom (dishwasher/towel dryer, washbasin) balcony and small grassed terrace – 1 separate toilet with hallway/ laundry (dryer and washing machine) – 1 bathroom with Italian shower, dry towels, washbasin and closet.Level 2: Large equipped kitchen space with central island (ceramic glass hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen/lounge/lounge. Cellier; dining area, lounge area. Balcony South, West and North. Terrace with garden furniture (gas barbecue). Level 3: 1 bedroom with a bed 140, wall cupboard; mezzanine (office) Floor heating, internet (box) wifi. Electrical shutters. 1 bike available (to be left in condition).Additional charges of 120€ in cold season (from 15 October to 1 May)Note: Pets not allowed because of allergy. Creek nearby.
