Welcome to your private retreat on 1+ acres only 8 miles/10 minutes from downtown Nashville! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house has been completely transformed inside and out to be the perfect vacation rental for every kind of group! Amenities include: New deck and privacy fence, fire pit, outdoor seating, bbq grill, GAME GARAGE, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, all new furnishings, bar, etc. all on fully fenced 1+ acres! All basic supplies included with your stay!

PETS WELCOME! Ample parking for all vehicles, trailers, etc.

The one level house is situated on 1.2 acres with a fully fenced backyard that includes a brand new deck with outdoor seating, huge fire pit with chairs, picnic table, hammock, bbq grill etc. The house is 1850 square feet and 4 full bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a huge detached garage that includes ping pong, TV, foosball, pop a shot, cornhole, darts, bumper pool/poker table, fridge, yard games, etc.! The property is well lit, has plenty of parking, and even includes a small stream! Only 8 miles to downtown Nashville and very close to numerous restaurants, bars, etc.

Very clean and tidy. Place is AMAZING! Big back yard for the family and a amazing game room. Host is very reasonable and very responsive.

Great location, short driving distance to most famous places in Nashville. The house is great and has everything needed for a fun game night. Only thing is that game room was very hot since the temperature was over 90 degrees and there is no ac in there. But that wasn’t a big deal to us. We had a movie night in the living room and everything else was great.

In town for a wedding. Mom with 4 young adult “kids”When we weren’t involved in wedding activities we had fun in the game room, playing croquet in the huge backyard and hanging out on the huge deck. The location was an easy 18 minute ride from all the fun on Broadway, down town Nashville. Great stay!!! Roomy but also cozy and comfortable!

It's what we need, a place for the dogs to run. Great space and clean. My only concern is that there was no mention of the game room was not Air condition. I know it's a garage, but it was not usable in heat. The.kingsize bed was not comfortable. It has a memory form that is not your memory. And they only had 4forks for 10 people. They require a security insurance, before booking. We were just in funeral

the place is beautiful and spacious.. the outdoor garage game room was relaxing and the place was equipped with everything you could need. it was a quiet peaceful stay. Will rebook this place if wver in town again

Amazing property! So spacious, clean, and fun outdoor area that has some game stuff that is badly in need of some maintenance, but was fun for the kids. Fire pit and porch were great!

This was a perfect locale for 5 adults and 2 doggos

We had a wonderful stay and I could not have asked for a better situation for Gramma, mom, dad, two adult daughters and our large dogs. Clean, well appointed and a nice established neighborhood where we felt safe walking our dogs as well.

My family and I stayed for 4 days. I have a rather large family, 3 teens, a preschooler, a toddler, and an infant. My husband, myself and my mother in law. We had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. This home offered many activities. The game room was perfect for all the boys. Their room was on the opposite side of the house which provided them thier own private space. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and there was a Walmart and plenty of stores around for whatever you may need. The home was well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies, fans, blankets, etc. Very pleased with my stay. 10/10 Would stay here again if i visit Nashville again. Also the beds were very comfortable.
