The perfect place to celebrate being in Nashville! Spacious 5 Bedroom House 10 minutes from Broadway, East Nashville, and the Gulch! Our home is designed to entertain. You will find basketball, ping-pong, cornhole, board games and more!

Our spacious backyard is equipped with a state of the art jacuzzi, grill, sandpit to play horseshoes/bocce or complete your morning yoga session!

Bordeaux park is just steps away from the home & Ted Rhodes golf course is a couple miles away.

You will have the entire home to yourself. There are two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms found on each.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and general spices/seasonings.

We are located in a residential area so please be mindful of your neighbors during the later hours and early mornings.

The entire home is for you to enjoy.

Bordeaux Hills is the perfect location for fun, and quiet if that's what you're looking for. Only a few miles from Broadway, East Nashville, The Gulch, and everything that Nashville has to offer!

Though we are close to everything Nashville has to offer, we are located in a residential area. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay.

Free Parking on the premises in the drive way, or on the street in front of the house.

Please drive safely. We encourage the use of EarthRide, Uber & Lyft.

Guests must provide their own propane tank for the grill, located in the backyard.

Please indicate on reservation if you will be bringing any pets. Service animals always stay free. Other pets incur a one time charge of $50. Letting us know will help our cleaner plan for extra time and ensure a safe and healthy turnover for the next guests.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INDOORS AND NO PARTIES!

The person who booked and paid for the reservation is the primary guest, "Guest", and MUST be staying during the entire reservation. The primary registered Guest MUST be a minimum of 21 years of age to book the reservation and MUST meet the verification requirements.

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

You are LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for damages made by self or their guest(s) that may occur whether accidental or intentional. A separate e-Signed Rental Agreement is required to finalize the reservation and grant access to the home.
