Anne and David were perfect host. Anne checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything a couple times. The condo was exactly as advertised. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The views from the balcony were awesome. We can’t wait to come again.

Excellent location! Very nicely decorated unit. Loved sitting out on the deck looking at the ocean.

Renting the unit was very easy with great communication between owner and myself.

Awesome!

What a wonderful stay! Very clean and modern. You were awed by the view as you entered the condo. It was a seaside delight. The host were very committed to you having a great stay. Would definitely stay again anytime.

The location of the property is great! Just across the street of the beach. The sellers always checked with us to see how things were going.

Excellent location and hosts

This property is in such a great location, literally across from the public parking in front of Miramar Beach. It was perfect for families who don't want to shlep their stuff several blocks to the beach. And we really appreciated that the property owners had beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use. Saved us not only from getting sunburned, but also the $50 per day rental fee if you reserve one on the beach. We hope to be back to the Emerald Coast soon!

Perfect location & spectacular host

The property was absolutely the perfect location for a family with children. Beach access was just a 2 min walk from the front door of the condo. Everything was close by (publix, shopping centers, restaurant). The pool was a huge hit for the children and the hot tub was enjoyable for the adults. I would recommend this property to anyone with a smaller family, 5 people or less, looking for a quiet, relaxing experience. I also really enjoyed the open communication and random checkin texts from the host. Absolutely a delight to rent from.

Perfect Condo

Summerspell was perfect for myself, my mom and my two children ages 11 and 13. The walk to the beach was quick and painless. I do recommend setting up early as it gets really busy around noon. Mrs. Anne was very attentive to any questions that I had and responded back via text almost immediately. We ended up booking an extra night and Mrs. Anne made the process super easy! We will definitely be booking again in the future!! Thank you for everything, Mrs. Anne!

Comfortable, cozy and CUTE!

If you like a beachy vibe, don’t miss out on this condo! ‘Just had a wonderful vacation at Miramar beach. It was our first trip to Destin, so we didn’t know where to stay. We are so glad we found this gem! This place is perfect. We were looking for a one bedroom on the beach but when we arrived we wished we had brought a few friends. There was plenty of room to relax. The views from the balcony are unbelievable. If you are a fan of beautiful sunsets, you’ll love this location! Summerspell is a nice quiet complex just steps from the white sand and turquoise water with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had. Thanks for making our stay SO memorable. It felt so homey we were sad to leave. ‘Hoping this will be our next DESTINation! We had a great time and we appreciated your hospitality.

Perfect last minute getaway!

My daughter, sister and I had a wonderful weekend! The unit was clean and the decor is light and airy and in my opinion is a must for vaca atmosphere. The large balcony makes for a relaxing evening or sunrise coffee. The best part is it's convenient location. A short walk to Pompano Joe's and the beach and no more than 10 min from most attractions in the area which allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves over the weekend. Anne was amazing!! I left a "special" pillow and she helped us make arrangements to get it back. We will definitely be back again!!

Unit 209 Summerspell is a family-oriented community located in a low-rise 30 unit building that sits directly across from the Gulf of Mexico. We love it because you can easily go back and forth to the beach - so convenient. The location offers miles of sidewalk for jogging, dog walking, people watching, etc. It takes one minute to walk from the door of the condo to the sand of Miramar Beach. The condo offers a nice heated pool/lounging area equipped with a hot tub that it sure to please people of all ages.
