We had a wonderful time!

Our condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived -love the keyless entry! 8 in our group and the bedrooms were just as described with plenty of room for all. The dining and living room open concept was perfect for our group.

Well kept & safe community

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the view was great. Pool and beach were clean. Liked that it was a gated parking lot and a code was required to get in. Only complaint was that our balcony porch light didn't work.

Very nice condo!

We had such a great stay! The condo was so clean and very safe. Great location and right on the beach. Chairs and an umbrella on the beach were included in our stay. The beds were so comfortable and it was very nice having our own washer and dryer! The elevators were constantly breaking during our stay but there’s stairs and that isn’t the owners fault. The place did keep fixing them but we mostly just opted for the stairs.

Free beach service was great, however it was tough to get a front row spot and that was important to us with having small children in the water.

We had a fabulous trip!

This place had a beautiful view. The property was even more beautiful in person. We felt like we were at home. The cleanliness and decorations were warming. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen, as I could prepare meals, and the set up of the bar and table were great to have family meals together. I slept great, it felt super comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! Would love to return!

Perfect Location

The one negative I would say is the air never did get down to 70. It was hot the whole time even at night . Glad I bought a fan but still it was miserable sweating . Over all perfect trip.

Hello Renee, thank you so much for staying with us. We are glad a perfect trip but are sad to hear the a/c in the unit gave you an issue. The a/c can sometimes over work itself in the units because of humidity but we do have a maintenance staff on property each day to work on any issue you may have so please don't hesitate to ask! We also call out to a local A/C company when the issue is something we cannot fix ourselves. Either way we would never want you to be too hot during your stay especially when sleeping, so please let us know if there is an issue and we will do our best to correct it! We are really happy you chose to stay with us and hope you will come back again soon!

Great property

There was cooking oil all over the counters upon arrival and hair all over the bathrooms. The reason why we chose this property is because they said they used CDC compliant inspectors and cleaners, and the condo wasn't cleaned very well. Had to clean it again upon arrival

Right on the beach. Very nice beach. Would have been perfect if the property had a hot tub. Guest bathroom shower did not have hot water. Almost a deal breaker but I didnt have to use that bathroom. Property staff could not help with the hot water issue.

Clean Unit, Laid Back Environment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super clean unit. Our family had the best time!! Very glad we had access to beach chairs & umbrella, it made going out to the beach easy knowing we wouldn’t have to pack those things out & set up. The unit itsself had everything we expected. We hope to be back next year with a few other families!! Can’t wait to be back & make more memories!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! Rental was clean. We had an issue with the dryer not drying the clothes. Maybe we did not put it on the correct setting. We did report it and no one came to check on it. Did not ruin our trip though! Thanks!

The rental was up to date and clean. Great view of the beach. The only issue is some of the plugs did not work. Light switch to ceiling fan light in bedroom did not work. Also in the guest bedroom bedding on the two beds were mismatched. They didn't represent what was shown in the photo. Lastly, one of the elevators seemed like it needed work. Other than that our stay was pleasant.
