Located just two blocks from the beach but insulated from the noise of street, the Community of Our Place at the Beach is a peaceful retreat for those “in the know.” This very well-maintained complex boasts one of the largest pools in Ocean City and is conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies.

This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to help you make some wonderful Ocean City memories. The living room area has all newer furniture along with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry and is ready for all your culinary needs. The dining room has a large dining room table and seats 6. The bedrooms have a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa. The large screened in balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening after your fun filled day. There is also a full-size washer/dryer in the unit and wireless internet.

* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.

* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
