Welcome to The Nauti Mermaid, a beautiful oceanfront condo located on the third floor at Indian Harbour Beach Club in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo offers approximately 1,350 sq ft of comfortable coastal living with breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views from the private balcony.

Wake up to majestic sunrises, swaying palm trees, and the ever changing ocean right outside your window. From the balcony you can often watch rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center and cruise ships departing Port Canaveral.

Located on a quiet stretch of beach, guests can enjoy the ocean without the crowds often found in nearby Cocoa Beach. Many guests return year after year to enjoy this hidden gem along Florida’s Space Coast.

This unit sleeps 4 guests in beds.

Sleeping Arrangements

• Primary bedroom with adjustable king bed
• Guest bedroom with queen bed

The primary suite also features a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

Very clean Condo. Great location. 3rd floor is perfect. 2 beach chairs were broken, some of the furniture is worn. The gate for the pool just below condo is very loud when closing. The building itself has no amenities. Minor issues compared to the condo itself. Very nice, would book again

The notes about the beach chairs and some worn furniture have been passed along so they can be addressed. Regarding the pool gate, Florida law requires pool gates to be self-closing and self-latching for safety. Because the gates are aluminum, this can sometimes create additional noise when they close, but they are designed this way to comply with safety standards. Would 100% stay here again

We were in the area for a softball tournament. Everything was exactly as described. This unit was PERFECT. It had everything we needed and more. The quality of everything (from kitchen supplies to beach chairs/umbrellas/toys to furniture to towels) was great. The pool and access to the beach was amazing. The area is so quiet and chill compared to the beach towns they have played in before. If we ever come back to this area would love to stay here again.

Excellent vacation!

This property was nothing less than perfect. Very clean, excellent quiet location, close to everything and equipped with all you need. We loved the beach and pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Great spot on the beach

Overall a great spot with all the amenities needed. Tons of beach gear to take down to the beach. Not a ton to do so everything is a drive but you trade that for a sunrise on the beach anyday

Vacation with a view

Great Place on the beach

Great place right on the beach with great views from the living area and master bedroom. Had everything we needed. Close to many restaurants. Enjoyed just sitting on the patio and listening to the waves. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

It was probably one of the most relaxing vacations I have had in a while. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but we made the best of it. The unit was absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable. I loved the master bedroom/bathroom. I got spoiled!! It was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place for other people or come back myself. Thank you for everything. Really appreciated being able to stay there and enjoy. Just wish the weather had been a little better. But there is nothing anyone could do about that! Lol

Wonderful Condo!

We had an amazing stay. I had my foot crushed, so climbing the stairs was scary due to the elevator being shut down. But it was quickly forgiven when we saw our view and all the condo had to offer

Beach Therapy Bliss

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax. The balcony was a favorite place to sit and listen to the surf crashing ashore. The beach was steps from the property and the beaches were not crowded at all. It was a convenient location to our new favorite eateries and shopping.

wonderful stay!

The condo was great! The furnishings were top notch. The little things such as beach chairs & beach towels were very thoughtful. The view is spectacular. Also, we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of the condo and the surrounding area. We visited many local restaurants and they were all very good. Would definitely book again!

The Nauti Mermaid unit ...This condo at the Indian Harbour Beach Club was beyond amazing. Extremely clean, comfortable, well furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The grounds & building very well maintained. Close to shopping and great food. Highly recommend this VRBO vacation property.

Long Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our place and the location was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed as we like to cook a lot. The master bath was also really nice. We also were able to view the rocket launch on Saturday night from our balcony! If we ever return to the area again, we will definitely look to see if it is available first.

This is the best place we have ever stayed on vacation. We travel at least twice a year and we both agreed that this condo was the best one yet. It was clean, well furnished, and had everything that we needed to enjoy our vacation. The view of the ocean and the large balcony was spectacular! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Cindy, the manager, was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

High End Luxury Condo

Beautiful condo with high-end finishes. Luxurious main bed/bath. Kitchen is most well stocked and even has all clad pots/pans. For those of us who love to cook, this was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this unit!!

Spectacular property

Of all the units we've rented through the years, this had the best view and was most the most well-stocked. It is beautifully decorated and was very cleaned. We all immediately felt at home. The beach was beautiful, soft white sand. The ocean was so close, making the roar of waves loud and relaxing. The pool was clean and a very comfortable temperature. We plan to return! Thank you for a lovely time.

Positive experience all around

We had a wonderful vacation and were very pleased with the unit. It was nicely updated, had an excellent view, and was in a terrific area. Beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious balcony overlooked the beach, walkway to the beach and we could see the pool. We were able to watch a satellite launch which was a unique experience. The property managers were responsive, kind, and thorough. The unit was nicely appointed with everything we needed. I highly recommend.

Perfect

The view was perfect. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful- lost my phone in the ocean and had work overnight me one - went right to them no issues and they got in touch with me to get it to me - Wendy, I believe her name was . The condo was clean - the view -I cant say enough about- it was perfect, sat on the balcony every morning and drank my coffee. Stocked with a ton of things-the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were a big plus. We only went to the pool 1 day but it was nice . The grounds are kept clean and were out every morning picking up leaves or any debris. The beach was quiet which was soo nice and close when lugging stuff down - saw dolphins alot . The only down side was not enough restaurants within walking distance when its 98 out side. But the drive to get to wherever was easy and close . Very happy with the condo ! if you go, I suggest eating at longdoggers and Corys bagels - 2 local restaurants.
