A wonderful relaxing time was had by all

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were very appreciated. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all meals, including our crab leg feast! The king-size bed was so comfortable with an amazing view of the ocean. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

Had a wonderful time. Condo was excellent overlooking the ocean and very updated. Pool area very clean. Probably my only complaint would be excessive dogs that constantly bark when you walk by and the owners do nothing. Other than that would definitely come back.

Paradise

Check in was extremely easy all you needed was a passcode. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing, location was great and the beach and pool couldn’t be closer. There were two things I was surprised at though, there wasn’t a washer/dryer and 4 panels were missing from the shades in the master bedroom. Even with this I still give it 5 stars.

Enjoy the view

Great location: directly at the sea, publix and restaurants across the street, Cape Canaveral 35min. Very clean! Very friendly and quick communication and help! Appartement looks better than shown on the pictures. It is a little dated but very well maintained. Has everything you need. We did not miss a thing. (You can smell the moisture a little bit) Only thing we would recommend: the pool service should come more often.

Water front view unmatched

The property was great. Our only issue was not being able to enjoy entering the ocean infront of property (coquina reef).

Beautiful view, beachfront condo

Very comfortable condo with a great view and convenient beach access in a safe neighborhood. An extra bonus was the very convenient location of a Publix grocery store within walking distance. We were lucky enough to see a night time Cape Canaveral space launch which seemed to pass right in front of our condo. We chose to eat 2 meals/day at the condo and were able to do so easily with the well appointed kitchen. We also enjoyed beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided by the host. Beds were very comfortable. We were unable to locate the on site laundry facilities so a second set of kitchen dish towels would have been helpful. It seemed like the oven took a very long time to heat up. Might be helpful to include page in the visitor manual explaining how the 3 different living room remotes worked together (wasn't obvious to us). We were unable to locate the TV remote for the 2nd bedroom but other than these minor items, we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

Amazing oceanfront and poolside property!!

We came to visit our granddaughter and 2 great grandchildren. They came over and spent the night on weekends when they were not in school. Great visit. only complaint was no washer and dryer in unit. We used the laundry room there. We would come back again!!!

Great family oriented beach stay

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The ocean view from room 224 is excellent! We loved watching the waves and listening to sounds of the ocean. The beach was not crowded at all and everyone we encountered was very nice. The drive to Cocoa Beach is about 20 minutes and definitely worth it. We will visit again!

Great experience!

I loved our stay at this property. We were looking for a place at the beach to complete our week in Florida after a few days at Universal. This was very convenient and easy to get to. Also, the property managers were great at communicating and easy to work with, as we were asking for an early check in if possible and they were able to work that out for us. The condo is spacious for our family of four with two teenage children, clean, looks just like the pictures on the listing. What I loved most was that it was right on the beach. The access was great, the views of the ocean out the windows were amazing. I appreciated the fact that there is a Publix right across the street. Also, a person comes at 10:00 each night when the pool area closes to make sure it is cleared out, so it was a quiet stay as well.
