Look no further, you've found the perfect beach house only one block from the beach; an easy less than 2 minute walk or drive down and park on the sand. Located in the Tidelands subdivision with a short drive to the best restaurants and The Big Store. Amazing unobstructed views of the gulf and beach from the private primary bedroom balcony and the main deck. Plenty of relaxing outside seating with tables, chairs, loungers, and a porch swing.

Underneath you can enjoy the tiki bar, picnic table, and 2 more porch swings. While grilling steaks on the charcoal grill you can enjoy a game of cornhole on the provided cornhole boards. We provide all you need for a relaxing beach vacation including beach towels, chairs, toys and boogie boards. We even provide a beach wagon for easy transport of the beach gear. And after a great day on the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

For all your cooking needs we have a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, a griddle, a waffle maker, an air fryer, a crock pot, coffee bar with Keurig combo that makes classic ground coffee or K-cups. We provide a selection of K-cups, creamers, and sweeteners for you to enjoy during your stay. We also provide starter supplies of dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, and toilet paper.

The main floor features an open floor plan where everyone can be together while meals are prepared and enjoyed. The kitchen bar has 3 barstools and the large farmhouse table with double benches that can seat as many as 8 adults. We even have a highchair for those traveling with young vacationers. The living area has two comfy couches and 65" smart tv. There is also a nice reading nook with a cute table with pullout seats perfect for young diners or a game table (several board games and puzzles provided).

There are two bedrooms on the main level that share a luxurious Jack and Jill style bathroom with double vanities and a bath/shower combo.. The first main level bedroom has a queen bed and a smart tv. A pack n play is stored in the closet in this bedroom for guest use. The second main level bedroom is a bunk room with a full XL over queen, and twin over twin beds. This room also has an enclosed ceiling fan/LED light operated by remote control for safety and ease of use.

The primary bedroom upstairs has a king bed, coffee bar, wine fridge, and private deck to enjoy those perfect ocean sunrises and a cup of coffee . This bedroom has also has a smart TV. Attached is a spacious master bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and bed sheets are provided.
