Viewing of the pool area is available from the living, dining, and bedroom areas through large windows and sliding glass doors.

Cool Breeze Villa is a lovely, newly decorated home hosting 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one leading out to the pool) and a large open living area featuring comfortable seating and a 55" HD flat screen Smart TV. Each room has a ceiling fan which accommodates the refreshing central air conditioning.
The Villa has a split bedroom floor plan with a Pool / Lanai access Master Bedroom and Bathroom located on the North side, while the 2 Guest Bedrooms and Pool Bathroom are located on the South side. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, and the 2 Guest Bedrooms have Queen Beds. Each Bed has a Newer Mattress along with an added 3" Foam Topper and plenty of comfy pillows, creating a luxurious sleeping experience.
A large fully furnished kitchen with pantry is located next to a lovely breakfast nook, which has large windows and a glass slider out to the pool, there is also a 4-burner gas BBQ grill found on the screened in lanai.
The laundry room is accessed from the kitchen and leads out to the attached 2-car garage, enabling easy access with groceries. Cool Breeze currently has a total of 4 HDTV's, found in each bedroom and one in the great room, all of which offer cable access.
Shopping, Restaurants, and Golf Courses all are just minutes away or head into the Downtown Cape Coral area for more nightlife, desirable restaurants, and art galleries.
Sanibel Island offers beautiful beaches and turquoise water for excellent swimming and sea shelling opportunities. Ft. Myers Beach also offers a sunny beach area with restaurants and shopping available.
