Welcome to two captivating, tropical and fun-filled homes located within steps of each other. These special properties offer an abundance of spacious and tranquil living areas both indoors and outdoors. Offering a total of 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms suitable for 16 guests, both are designed to embrace true Florida sunshine fun time!

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, these homes will provide the prefect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Open, breathtaking and well furnished spaces, great kitchens for gathering and tranquil bedrooms are sure to please!

Two separate beaches to soak up that sunshine, separate heated pools to allow for splashing and laughter, and great outdoor areas to enjoy games, meals alfresco, great conversation, evening sunsets and memorable moments!

Seeking a little adventure? These homes are in close proximity to all of the Capes amenities and attractions like fishing charters, kayak rentals, museums, family fun venues, beaches, shopping, live theater and music, and a plethora of dining options. There is surely something for everyone!

The size of the homes were large enough to accommodate our group. Pools & hot tubs were nice. Homes were spacious and clean.

Family vacation

The houses were really nice. I think the range top was induction, and they didn’t have the right pots or something because the stove kept turning off due to a safety feature. Other than that, everything worked great.
