Conveniently located just minutes from many of Lake Charles’ top attractions, the home is only 3 miles from the new Mallard Golf Club and within close proximity to McNeese State University, downtown Lake Charles, Prien Lake Mall, and the area’s popular casinos.

With I-210 just blocks away, getting around Lake Charles is quick and easy—everything the city has to offer is within a 15-minute drive, including the Country Club Golf Course at the Golden Nugget.
