Located in Millas, in the heart of a 2-hectare estate, between mountains and vineyards, for a stay surrounded by nature. The location is perfect for exploring the department: a walk from the cottage through the heart of the estate and along the Perpignan Canal. Be captivated by the proximity of the region's must-see sites: the Moulin Saint Pierre, where you can taste an exceptional olive oil, and visit the Orgues d'Ille-sur-Têt, a true mineral gem, unique in France. Not to be missed: the Byrrh cellars, where you can relive a fascinating epic and discover the largest oak vat in the world. Practical and well-designed, this cottage is the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Pyrénées-Orientales, while enjoying a comfortable setting and an ideal location. This first-floor gîte, adjoining a magnificent stone building with offices, comprises: - Fully equipped kitchen: 4 gas burners, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher - Laundry room with washing machine and dryer - Separate toilet - Office area - Living room Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm) - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200cm) - Bathroom and shower - Separate toilet - Dressing room with hangers and shelves Terrace area at the entrance to the gîte.
