Pretty little Croisicaise house completely renovated, with large terrace and enclosed garden, ideally located, 100m from the beach of St Goustan, close to the center, shops, restaurants. Free parking. 50m from the Océarium.
Here everything can be done on foot.
Large bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed 140x190, if needed.
Fully equipped kitchen where nothing is missing, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge,
Basic necessities available. Wifi. Television
Self check-in with secure key box.
To avoid double bookings, ask for availability. o6o8o22133 before booking.
During the holiday period minimum 6 nights from Saturday, if possible, modification on request.
On your departure the accommodation must be left clean and tidy.

Maison bien située à proximité du centre et de la côte sauvage. Le jardin clos et privatif est un vrai plus quand on vient avec son animal de compagnie. De plus, l'hôte est disponible et sympathique, ce qui ne gâche rien

La maison est très agréable et un séjour en été doit être très agréable avec la terrasse à l'abri des regards. Un bémol cependant, la salle de bain est petite et non ventilée.Beaucoup de visites à faire autour du Croisic avec des paysages magnifiques de côte sauvage.

SUPERBE maisonnette ! Rénovée avec goût, une grande terrasse, une cour pour stationner notre véhicule, cuisine au top ! salon agréable et surtout la grande chambre avec une literie exceptionnelle ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !
