The Indoor space available is the "DOWNSTAIRS 1st FLOOR ONLY" and it features everything you see in the pics including dual MASTER bedrooms, functional den with large sleeper sofa, bathroom with garden tub for bubble baths and his and hers sinks, complete living room with bar top seating, and a full kitchen with cookware and cutlery. The outdoor space includes a walk out patio, a private in ground pool, a Jacuzzi jetted spa, covered cabana with overhead projector, gas grill, dog house and kennel, and much more. So, come experience the Florida life while kicked back in our luxurious one of a kind home with all of the amenities that will surely make your trip a classic memory.

We were so grateful for the private outdoor space. When we were at the property, we spent our time in the pool and outdoor cabana.Host was very responsive to communication.

Great place to stay!

The pool was greatly enjoyed by all three of the teens I brought with me. It was close to a lot of attractions so travel to and from was easy.

Favorite place

The house was everything we wanted and more. The cohost was very nice and the owner commented within minutes. I would suggest this house to anyone great location everything was decently close pool was nice. Would come back again

Fell short

We were told after we couldn't cancel that the Jacuzzi was not operational. Beds were completely worn out, ants all over the place, and very little supplies to get you started.

Just what we needed!

A great set up for a family get together. Pool, Jacuzzi, and Cabana and grill are great for everyone getting together and relaxing. House was comfortable and close to everything we needed. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. As a "Thank You" we left a new Kcup coffee maker for the next guests. We are sure you will enjoy.

Great Location

Our family of 6 was in town to visit Universal Studies. Perfect location with lots of shops and food choices. Walmart, CVS and other grocery stores where within a couple mile radius. Universal Studios was an easy 15 minute drive without having to get on I-4. Which is a MAJOR plus if you know Orlando. Everything was exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive and polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider booking here again.

Exceeded Expectations

Very nice, from the owner Maxwell, helped to make our stay smooth without any issues. The property was clean and well maintained that included lots of lovely provided amenities. Comfortable atmosphere, you can’t go wrong with this property, it was truly perfect for me and my family.

8 day stay

This Vrbo stay had its pro and cons.At this place called paradise has a person living up stairs so they are coming in and out of property when you are there .Arrival was pleasant because we were able to get into to property fairly earlier then stated, but made known that we would leave early on day of departure.Beds were very comfortable.There were only 4 plastic plates that were like frisbees which was actually comical and two forks to accommodate are stay . Underneath the sink was a foul Oder cause of a leak and was told to just keep an eye on it for him .The cabana area looked like it went thru a tornado , rips and tares threw out all the material , Didnt try to use projector cause it really seemed to be quite outdated . There was. Only a charcoal grill which was ok , but said there was a gas grill for are use . The pool was beautiful and loved every minute of it . The jacuzzi was musty smelling when we first got there so we as jacuzzi owners put a sliver of chlorine in it at the beginning of are stay , which mind you it was 8 days .Checking out was thought to be an accommodating thing on my part cause I left all areas very clean and ready cause he had people waiting to come in that same day . After checking out we were told that we were being charged for putting bleach in the spa ( which we did not put bleach in there . There was an empty container of bleach in garbage by the pool but that I used to clean the sink area in the house were the foul smell was.

Outstanding!

This Property is great if you have dogs and also great if you don't. Beautifully remodeled! Close to Universal, 5 to 7 minutes, no matter what time of day. Pool and Hot tub are a wonderful feature. Many great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay her next time we are in town!

Exactly What We Needed!

The property was prefect for our family visiting family. We wanted to have our own space versus spending more money on a hotel with two bedrooms and renting was more affordable. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. We even grilled and enjoyed the cabana. The property was fun and relaxing! Thank you Max for accommodating us to stay one more day on your property, it was well worth it!

Perfect place for pets & smokers!

A great place for a weekend getaway. Property is so close to everything, but not on the main drag. Hot tub was amazing and outdoor space is a great bonus!! Not many places accommodate smokers anymore, but this owner has designated spots that don’t put you out in the street or separate you from family!! I appreciated that. We will be back again.

Awesome property

We had a great time. House was clean with no animal smell... there was a faint odor of Marijuana every once in a while I think coming from upstairs. The pool and yard was great. Ac was nice and cool. The beds need to be upgraded. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Quiet and Safe

This property was perfect for our needs while visiting FL. It's off a busy road but very quiet at the property itself. The entire property is very clean, private, and safe. Four women stayed here and we never felt unsafe. We rented for the pool, which is what we enjoyed the most, and the enclosed yard. However, if you are renting for some of the other amenities listed, you might be disappointed. Not sure if it's because it is summer, but the hot tub water was murky and smelled musty. The projector in the cabana requires you to stand on the furniture and manually get it to work. And the grill hadn't been cleaned in a while and was so rusted you wouldn't want to put food on it. Maxwell was quick to respond to any questions we had, which were minimal as everything is listed in a handbook to be read when you arrive. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Universal Studios

I booked this place as a birthday present to myself where I could bring my friends to Florida with me. It was a great location! Walking distance to stores and food, 15-20min drive to universal, and fairly quiet neighborhood other than when the place on the other side was having their trash taken out. The reason for a few of the missing stars is that check-In was rough. The host had mixed up the days of my arrival. HOWEVER, the host, co-host, and cleaning crew worked quickly to remedy the issues and they took great care of me! He made sure to make up for it, apologized multiple times, and checked in after a day or two to ensure that things were going well. Really wonderful host even in the face of mistakes. As for the house, it was good! Very cute, lots of plug in spots, you could log into your favorite apps on any tv there, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (including seasonings!!), and the outdoors patio thing was fantastic!!! The only down side, I had a group of 5 people (2 couples and another buddy). Theres only one bathroom and it is between the two main bedrooms. So my extra guest had to walk through one couples room or the other to get to the bathroom. Not a big deal because we are all pretty close, but I can see how it would be a big issue for some. Last quick thing to mention, the cohost lives upstairs. We had zero issues, he actually was extremely helpful and pleasant despite us arriving unannounced on day one. Needs work

We were not vacationing, our home was damaged by flooding and we needed lodging while our home was being repaired. We also have 3 dogs that made it challenging to find places that would accept them and had a fenced yard. As such, we were there likely more than someone coming to town to see the sites. There were only FOUR plates in the cupboard, but almost 20 cups. Only 2 coffee mugs. It seemed to be a mishmash approach, not a thoughtful and studied one for the comfort of guests. The hot tub was broken and never got repaired during the 2 plus weeks we were there and there was never any mention made of it getting fixed. We were told it was a previous guest, but the listing was not updated to advise potential guests of it being unavailable. The co-host who lives upstairs requires the use of the stairs that are inside the fenced area, which meant we needed to be mindful of his comings and goings when letting our dogs out into the yard. And the upper windows mean that there was no privacy at the pool if he was at home. There was not a recycling bin inside the home, but guests are expected to sort trash and recycling able items. Maxwell was always prompt with his responses to inquiries.

Dirty and low quality everything

Online it looks great and doing a quick walk through it looks good but once you actually settle in you notice how dirty the place is. Rugs never washed. Dirt everywhere. All along baseboards and corners. Dirt around toilet. Very low quality sheets they are see through and they make you feel dirty since you are already in a dirty home. Towels were disgusting. No dustpan or cleaning supplies left to clean up the place for ourselves. Get charged for leaving dog feces in yard which. makes sense but nothing is left for you to clean up the dog feces. There were only two bowels and 3 plates. Very low quality dollar tree type stuff. Very disappointed when you actually settle in. Not worth the price. Would never stay again. Also when i communicated these things with the owner they got defensive and then charged me fees for everything they could. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL FEEL GROSS THEN GET EXTRA FEES.

Family vacation

Rental space is nice, everything was like the pictures. Unfortunately due to the previous guests that stood there, we couldn't use the jacuzzi because it was out of order. Me and my family did a 20 hr road trip from NYC and we wanted to relax to the fullest extent. Maxwell did apologize and made up for that amenity we couldn't use during our stay. We really appreciated his hospitality and urgency when responding to messages regarding our stay. We had such an amazing time that we wanted to stay another day but it was already booked. Definitely would come back again next year!

This home is conveniently located, with many of Orlando's attractions within 15-20 minutes and close to Downtown Orlando (Only 10 minutes away). You can maneuver all around to Kissimmee, Orlando, and Clermont FL to go to theme and amusement parks, site-see, enjoy your favorite activity, handle business, or just for leisure vacationing.

This property is equipped with a large, screened, In-ground pool and a deluxe Jacuzzi brand spa. The pool, spa, and screened area all light up to create a visual ambiance that will surely set the mood for any occasion. There is a pool-side bar with stools, tables, and chairs for relaxing as well as an outdoor Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment. It also features a fully furnished enclosed Cabana with netting and zippered curtains for gatherings and outdoor activities. As a bonus, the Cabana is equipped with an overhead projector for an outdoor theater experience. We have an open backyard for family fun, a caged in kennel area for pets, and designated smoking areas set up around the property to accommodate the lifestyles of all of our guests. The home is a green home with a full solar powered electrical system that produces 100% clean energy. The den features a pull out futon bed and a business center area equipped with desktop computer, chair, printer, and internet all for guests use. We also have many dishes and appliances for our guests including a washer and dryer for convenience and plush washcloths and towels. Last but not least we offer our co hosted concierge service experience upon request for local rides, food delivery, private chef/grill master services and more. Please check with the host 7 days prior to check-in to reserve. PLEASE NOTE, the Indoor space available consist of the "DOWNSTAIRS UNIT ONLY". The upstairs unit/guest house is occupied by our co-host. You may see him from time to time around the property but he will not use any amenities during your stay and will always respect your privacy.
