Greta location! Close to everything, parks, food, shopping, and more. Property was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and an excellent way to relax. The fenced in yard was another bonus and allowed us to enjoy privacy. Our service dog appreciated the grass and shaded palms. Neighbourhood is quiet and host was straight forward, quick to respond and easy to contact. Bonus for kitchen set up, spices, and extra towels if needed. Thank you for a relaxing week.

Love the area it was in. Minutes away from all the activities we had planned. Family comfortable home. A1 cleaned. Backyard was awesome beautiful clean pool. I recommend this propery it has it all.

The house was great. Having the pool heated cost extra but was worth it in November. Location was great, as everyone has said. The location was both very close to Universal and fairly close to Disney. The backyard was great for our dogs and the kids to run around.

We had such a great time! The pool was so nice and the fenced in yard was so nice and big for our yorkies to run and play! The house was very clean and in such a great location! Thanks for the great week!

Having stayed in villas in Orlando before this was OK needed upgrading in places looking a little tired and the beds were clean and one of the best I’ve ever slept in but the rest of the villa could have been cleaner before we arrived as I had to mop the floors as they didn’t feel clean very off putting was the fact there was a bed bug spray on full display in the garage , the dishwashers didn’t work and two bags of rubbish had been left outside which were not ours and they were covered in bugs and other things, as we were there for 2 weeks I would have expected an iron and ironing board and there was no clothes airer to hang pool towels or anything on we had to go and buy one from Walmart.On the subject of pool towels we found them the day before we left the villa would have been helpful to know where they were. There are some positives the pool was gorgeous just didn’t use it as much as we would have liked and the location was superb for everything we wanted to do also the host was quick to respond to messages overall a good stay just a few bits let it down

It was rainy all weekend so we stayed in. The house is cozy and immaculate. Beds were so comfy. The master bedroom does getter warm so they did put in a stand up AC. Still gets slightly warm in there if door stays closed, however that is the only thing. This place was beautiful and would highly recommend.

Great stay the kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed to make breakfast before we headed out of the parks. About 12 mins to Epic 15-20 to universal. House was very clean and well thought out. The fenced in back yard was Huge our dogs enjoyed sniffing and sunbathing. Location is Great lots of close restaurants and wawa/walgreens minutes away. Host was great and laid back we had a great vacation in a safe cozy house that was close to everything we wanted.

Fifteen Minutes to Universal Estudios Super Clean house.

This house is strategically located 15 minutes from Universal Studios, everything is very clean, except the pool, but it was cleaned quickly, I recommend this house especially the level of cleanliness.

Nice House - needs new sliding door

House has been remodeled and it is very nice and the furnishings and beds are very nice also. Lighting in the kitchen is awful and the rear sliding glass door needs replaced.

Quiet and comfortable

Had a nice, comfortable stay here! Enjoyed the quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. Little noise. The house was spacious! So thankful to have such a large yard for our dogs to decompress. The kitchen could be better equipped - not a usable sharp knife to be found, but that is a common problem anywhere. Overall, a nice house and I would stay again, maybe at a different time of year so we could enjoy the pool! Thanks! found!
