2 Bedroom- upstairs/2nd floor unit in a 4-plex. Recently updated- comfy and roomy-almost everything is brand new- bedding, furniture, flooring and lighting. 2 nice big bedrooms, TV in the master, private entrance, parking for 2 cars, super speedy wifi with HULU for the TV, plenty of closet space, lots of natural lighting from sliding patio door and everything you need in the kitchen. Dedicated desk space for "work from home", on-site coin-op laundry. Close to full service department store with pharmacy, grocery, apparel etc
Golf course 1/4 mile and easy access to all major thoroughfares to get around Idaho Falls.
Hospitals are less than 5 miles-10-12 min drive. Airport is 4 miles - 11 min
Easy access to US 20 for travel to W. Yellowstone, Teton National Park and Montana.

A Very Comfortable Stay!

Perfect property for what we needed, which was a comfortable home base for a busy baseball tournament. Loved it and will definitely stay again.

A Good Short-term (2-week) Rental Option

This is a quiet, clean and spacious apartment that fulfilled all of our expectations. There were local & close options available for our short-term needs, including grocery stores; restaurants; shopping mall; local attractions, etc. We were very comfortable in this environment!

Wonderful accommodations. Very clean and well set up. Fully stocked kitchen with everything I needed. Huge beds and large rooms. WiFi and streaming provided. Designated parking so I always had a good spot. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice Apartment

The apartment is really big.......king size bed in both bedrooms. kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils, pots and pans. we didn't do any cooking, as we were visiting family, but did check it out. The location was great for getting to our kids house, which made it really nice. We would condsider this location for future trips to Idahjo Falls

We stayed for 4th of July week so I can’t say it was quiet, lol, but the apt. Was very spacious and clean, large smart TV in living room and master bedroom, everything was labeled and it had almost everything we needed, except the electric stove needs an upgrade, the large front burner doesn’t work, and it could use a trash can in the master BR and full length mirror… we had to to share the mirror in the 2nd room. But I would say the pictures don’t do it justice, it is very comfortable and will definitely book there again (;

Fix ur damn a/c unit, it fell every ten minutes out of the window; having it on cinder blocks is not a good look either.

Not what I was expecting

The property was clean and looked like the pictures. It is an old space that has been updated. I did not love the location as it was in the middle of an industrial area but it was close to everything we did so that was nice. There was no central air. This was my first and biggest issue. The apartment was very hot. The owner did put 2 big AC units in each bedroom but they cannot run simultaneously. We tried and it kept popping the breaker. So we could only cool one bedroom at a time. We tried to use a fan in the apartment to pull cool air into the rest of the space but It didn't really work. I paid for 2 bedrooms so my daughter and I could have our own space but we ended up sharing so we could stay cool. We had to spend most of our "home time" in the one bedroom as it was too hot otherwise. The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed though the front left burner of the stove did not work well. After trying to boil water for 20 min I switched to a different burner and it worked. But it also heated up the already too warm space making it very uncomfortable. Over all my stay was fine. I would not stay here in the summer again. Perhaps in cooler weather I might consider it.

Clean and comfy

The property was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfy. Don't let the exterior discourage you, the unit is adorably decorated and all the supplies you would need provided. Great stay!

Clean & tidy. Basics provided. Located on 2nd floor with full flight of stairs, so not convenient for elderly people or small kids.

Place was clean, and had everything you would need for an extended stay. Host was great and checked to see how my stay was going. Bonus… there’s a friendly neighborhood cat!

Stayed for BYU-I Graduation

The hotels in Rexburg were all booked up or crazy expensive so we (the whole family) decided to try our a VRBO. Loved this cute little apartment! It was perfect for our short stay and just 20 minutes to get in to BYU Idaho in Rexburg. The AC units in the two bedrooms were a little noisy but I kind of liked the white noise while I slept. The only problem was that there was a record heat wave that weekend and the living area got pretty warm. Not too much to deal with for the price.

Clean and convenient

1st time using VRBO. Check-in / check-out instructions were complete and easy to follow. The wifi connection was fantastic. The apartment was super clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies. I'm allergic to animal dander, dust, and molds, and my allergies weren't triggered at all. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower were convenient to use. Communication with the manager was fast and easy. I only have one single piece of constructive feedback. The air conditioning units were a pleasant surprise. They weren't specified in the listing so we weren't sure if A/C was provided. They worked well. The snag was that both bedroom units were running on the same electrical circuit, and tripped the breaker every time they were both on. We obtained a heavy-duty extension cord to run the plug to a different outlet in the living room. That solved the problem for the duration of our stay. Would definitely use again if we travel through Idaho Falls again. Thank you!

Nice place in Idaho Falls

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was a convenient location, it was clean and there were two king- sized beds. Our only complaint was that there was no air conditioning in the living room or kitchen. We mostly just slept there and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent, but if we had wanted to spend time watching tv in the living room, it would have been pretty warm. But otherwise it was a great place to stay and we were very pleased. It was an excellent value in the Idaho Falls area for the 4th of July.

Spacious and amazing beds

This two bedroom, a bath was perfect for my husband, 3 year old and me. The king sized beds were super comfortable, the internet was reliable for two working adults and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location and we enjoyed walking to downtown Idaho Falls from it. Owner is very responsive and kind. Would highly recommend and stay again.
